FINALLY!!!! ...I have the same one on my 5.0 so I know how good it sounds especially when you are at WOT...also no drone like the race version I had prior . The H pipe gives it the deep tone , happy for you man. Also Megan is a keeper , she is so supportive. Take it easy.
Haha ikr! Dude I agree, at WOT it sounds awesome! I definitely didn’t want drone and your right this one doesn’t have any! Also thanks! Yes she’s the best! 🙂💯
@@daily_drivenI'm getting ready to pull the trigger on new MBRP exhaust. I'm fine with dual exhaust. Is part# S7277409 the way to go? I want stainless and the street version. Any other suggestions would be welcomed.
I put a mbrp axle back on my new 2014 mustang and it sounded sooo good. And the price and easy install made it even better. I'm about to trade in my truck for a base gt and I'm so excited becouse the s650 is a new beast. Correct me if I'm wrong😂
G’day, Astro Boy. We don’t have any 2024 Mustangs in Australia 🇦🇺 yet, but it’ll be interesting to see what the price will be when landed 🛬 here in oz. Enjoying your videos mate. Bloody ripper sound with those quods 🔊
Love my 15’-17’ MBRP race catback on my s650! Once I got them 4.5” black single tips on there, I actually didn’t mind the single tip look. Don’t get me wrong I love quad tips but aftermarket single tips really look good on the non active cars.
I’m getting active exhaust and it sucks because there’s a vapor blue with PP, night pony and manual but non active exhaust so I passed on it. My neighbors don’t get upset but my current car is way too loud to cold start. So active for me is a must
Super excited you are still making contact. I am also happy with you because you don’t over do it. I have stopped watching other car reviewers because they go so overboard.
@@daily_driven I have been waiting for new uploads. So you are one of the only RU-vid reviewers that stick with their cars. I have seen people like Derek Brennen start with 2003 Cobras and instantly jumping to A fully modded 2012 Gt, C7 Vette, 2023 Mach 1, Mercedes AMG, and now a Dark Horse. I unfollowed him and blocked his content. Please don’t do that to your viewers. You make great contact and actual love for your cars.
Congrats for having the balls to cut up a brand new car! My hand would be shaking so bad! But this is what I'm going to do with my Durango RT Tow 'N' Go but I might just pull the trigger and get a new, more-aggressive rear valence made with quad tip opening. Very nice job!!! 🏁🏁🏁🏁
I see no PP doesn't only refer to the car (performance package), but to you as well. Who pulls the entire exhaust on a muscle car and doesn't bask in the glory of open headers? For folks that go from single tip to dual tip in the future, do a CAD template (cardboard aided drawing) of the existing opening and use that to match the curve on the side you cut.
@@daily_driven the neighbors will get over it. The shame of not having blasted open headers when you had the opportunity, however? That lasts forever. 🙁
Sounds Fantastic! a few questions: 1. Everything i've read says you need the active valve package for remote rev feature but that clearly is not the case? 2. MBRP is about 800 out the door, what would you ballpark the install cost including cutting into the plastics to make room for quad tips?
So ive had a 2016 gt, 2021 gt, and now just got my 2024 gt friday. Ive always used MBRP and to be honest, as weird as this sounds. The race exhaust on all my cars was quieter and deeper than the street versions. Idk why, seems like it took all the rasp out of mine. Love it cant wait to play with mine
on the same page but I'm keep the 2 tips and not the 4 tips. I'm going w the MBPR as well. Being in S FL, I'll be doing P/N S7277409 stainless and polish the muffler b4 I install. i plan on adding the kooks headers since I plan on installing a whipple once available. You've motivated me to do a page as well
I got rid of my MBRP race exhaust, too raspy for me. Long tubes, no cats, stock resonator, stock catback with quads. I'm procharged, still made 800 with this exhaust setup.
Is this the aluminized version and how would you rate the quality on it? Do I already see some rust on the H-pipe? I live in Texas, so no salt, but I also don't want to look at rust under my car. Would it be worth it to go with the same system in stainless (which is like $300 more?).
Love the video. Owning a Mustang has been a dream of mine. Any tips for someone looking to buy a GT, used without braking a bank? What year would you recommend, etc.. thanks.
I had flowmaster outlaws on my 2015 but damn this got me wanna switch ..gonna have to open a few tabs to compare sound ..my muffler guy always prefers x over h pipe but sheeshhhhh
Yea the quad tips go crazy man! Great sound too! I am gonna go with the corsa extreme catback with the Texas speed headers once i get mine in.. but i am gonna wait until they get it for 2024 since mine would be active valve exhaust.
I’m not cutting my bumper just to make it an extra tip on each side. The two tips is fine. But the factory exhaust is extremely quiet. Resonator delete should solve that problem. It seems like those tips you put on stick out a little too far as well.
I would have done the same thing for the same reason "money".. I just got a 2017 with 8,909 miles on her for a great price about 4 months back. All I have done is an Xpipe and a Steeda Shifter Body mount, oh and a shifter Ball. I'm keeping mine stock though. There was only 1 owner before me and it was garage kept. I still can't believe it.. It still smells like it just came off the line.. I just rolled over 11K, I try to keep her as a weekend car, I daily another car mostly.. Anyway good luck..
Brother been watching u sense the eco I had a 2020 10speed hpp eco back when ur now bought a s650 gt 5 months ago id love to do the same with my tips but what tips did u go for and do you have a link

cant go back after you cut it. Agree its better to cut less to measurement and see and you can always cut more off but you cant uncut it :P Astro sounds blimmin good too mmm base model is the way to go for a build :D
@@daily_driven makes sense. Well, thanks to this video I was between an elantra N or an S650 and I guess im joining the community. Can’t wait to see more videos of the car!
I just ordered the same one for my 2024 GT. I also don’t have active exhaust but ordered the quad since my muffler shop said he can cut it. Is there any different when it comes to the chassis? They have the 2024 version now but I went with the 2018-2023
Piece of advice do not work under your car on JACKASS STANDS - fellow in Town Over was crushed to death when he did exactly what you did and his car fell off the jack stands and killed him
I get there is a risk but how else are you supposed to work under the car if not on jack stands? Much safer than working under a car just supported by a jack
I hear Mustangs from miles away, making a lot of noise and going slow. Sorry, but if you exceed 95 db You can’t do Autocross, or run on most tracks. So you can run around town getting tickets.
I said why I choose this option in the video but the MBRP was a good value for money right now. I want to see what Borla and other company’s come out with specifically for the 24. Also as for the poll I was very close to pulling the trigger on the Borla, but despite it getting more “votes” I felt like going this route, so I did 👍🙂
