You said that the old blades were walking out about 1in off the flywheel so was wondering if the face of the flywheel is still flat. If it is worn that might make it hard to keep the blade aligned properly. Just a thought.
I think the tracking was slightly off on the flywheel that can be adjusted. The flywheel’s have a very slightly rounded face where the blade seats. They appear to be in good shape still just needed a little tweaking to get the blade to sit deeper. Thanks for watching and appreciate the insight!
