I know you used mostly 3M tape so that’s what I did. Overtime I’ve gotten gaps in between the spoiler and car body, so I was wondering if you had any recommended adhesives I could use to fill the gaps
Hey quick question. Did you use the 3M tape that came with the spoiler?? This morning I notice mine was coming loose after having it installed for about 4 month. Not sure if the cold weather had anything to do with it, since here in South Florida is always pretty hot. Where do you recommend getting some good 3M tape to use and what size? Thanks in advance 🙏
Looks good bro. I got a 23 xse v6 in the red two tone like yours. Is 3m tape standard? I've never modded any of my cars before so I've been really apprehensive to buy a new spoiler and put it on. Or can you bolt the aftermarket stuff too? All that aside, nice ride dude and thanks for sharing.
I highly recommend you do not bolt down any aftermarket spoiler. The holes do not match up with factory. If you create holes you will create future problems. 3M tape is extremely strong. I have never had an issue with it besides it being too strong 😂
would you recommend that that rear window spoiler? I got one from ebay & the sides never stick all the way down, I can see yours is having the same issue where is sunlight coming through on each side... have you found a roof spoiler that will stick & fit perfectly?

Hey. Good video. There is one thing. Are you sure you are using 0.5 inch Width 3M tape in the video? Seems more like 0.6 or 0.7 inch. The Vofer tape that came with the package is larger than the 0.5 inch 3m tape from autozone.
@@crimsonkamuri What I meant was I thought you used a different width 3M tape. At least seem like it was wider in the video. Lol I saw in your video that you live in NJ. I live in NY. I like the way you fit your V2 spoiler. I just got mines last week and am trying to install it evenly. Do you do installation business? I will pay you cash in person. Trying to do more mods on my Camry.

@@JayjNoah when you’ve done it like a hundred times to other people cars it gets easier but it still is a pain lol if people weren’t trying to copy EXACTLY what I had on my car I wouldn’t have the thoughts on changing it
I have the stock wing on my 2023 XSE if i want to install a duckbill spoiler will it cover the holes the stock wing leaves behind ?? Unlike the trd wing that leaves those exposed and uses the top of the trunk instead
@@MisterSherlock if you have an issue with your car and say you decided to go to toyota for them to find out and fix the problem. If they can tie your problem back to whatever mod you have done to your car then there will be a problem with your warranty otherwise there’s nothing that’s going to happen
