On todays vlog I am installing the OPT7 interior lights. lights: www.opt-7.com/aura-double-row... Follow me Instagram: / sim.ple_shots Tiktok: www.tiktok.com/@svirk24?lang=en
I did for a lil bit but they did come out with a update/patch for the app ever since then it has been working really good! I like that app one just because it’s one less thing to keep in the car and honestly I don’t change my colors often. But I have not had any problems lately
@@sim.plevlogs I'm going to place an order for the set and then I'm going to take the lighting apart to see what I can do with it. I want to try to see if I can't use a light strip from a company and make it work with the GM setup. If I can pull that off then I'll be great.
Hey by any chance did you get to hard wire these lights? I’ve been wanting to buy interior lights for my camaro but don’t want to use the cigarette port
@@sim.plevlogs Ayy homie I’m thinking about buying these but I’m concerned about you saying it came with the incorrect fuse tap. What kind to I need and how’d to connect it. Also where did you end up placing the module?
Don’t be worried about that, it’s just Chevy used a really small fuse and it’s not that common, I’ve had the same lights in my past 2 cars and had no problem, they are 100% worth it! And I zip tired it under the seat but gave enough slack so when the seat moves it won’t rip anything!
@@sim.plevlogs Hey homie, Update. Got them installed but I can’t get them to work with the fuse box. I have them in the 50 slot with the rearview mirror but they refuse to turn on. How did you end up getting them to work and also where did you ground it. Idk if that’s part of my problem
@@ces3lg I just used a screw in the truck for ground and I had to contact the company for a different fuse size and tbh I don’t remember what fuse I used😐
