Como funciona el ecualizador?.yo instalé uno marca cherub mod.GS-3,y el afinador muy bien pero cuando quiero ecualizar no varia nada y la pantalla no hace nada.busco manuales pero estan en ingles y yo necesito en español
How is the pickup when plugged in for you? The only reason why I ask is I got a guitar that uses that brand and it is very tinny when it comes to the tone(a lot of high frequencies bleed through) and it seems like it’s working way too hard (I had to change batteries all the time.). I don’t know if it’s just the one I have installed is defective or if I just got a bad brand in there altogether.
I have installed a LC-5 4 Bands EQ Equalizer Acoustic Guitar Preamp Tuner Piezo Ceramic Pick-up and was wondering will the 5 band fit into the same cutout ??
Dear sir I have fixed the piezo pickup to the normal Screw holes of bridge... but grouding sound is heard. Should we do separate hole on the bridge In order to fix the piezo pickup? Kindly help me....
There's no "normal pickup". This one works with a piezo sensor under the saddle, which is linked to the preamp (battery). You may use magnetic mics (such as electric guitar ones) but also condenser mics. The difference between the three is that the piezo transforms the vibrations of the instrument into electric signal, the magnetic ones convert vibrations of the strings in electric signals thanks to magnets and finally condenser mics catch the sound like the ones you use to sing or make podcats for example ;)
Zabardast cheers from Toronto. Where exactly to place this inside the guitar as the one in my Yamaha APTX2, 3/4 guitar dropped in. It is about 1 inches in diameter and has glue on one side? Not like the one you are using.
Looks like the string height would be raised using that device on the bridge , why do you need that? Can't this be installed without that right under the original saddle.

WARNING if you are going to do this remember to cut the hole on the side of the guitar that faces up I just cut the hole on mine as if I was a lefty. very happy that paid just £6 for it it will still just be a bit odd.
first of all my friend ...you don't drill holes or use a jigsaw....you tape the area with green painters tape , mark your dimensions , cut with exacto knife or sheetrock knife with new blade (FOLLOW LINES ) don't use to much pressure PASS OVER LINE UNTIL YOU ARE TROUGH be carefull at the end be gentle ..remove tape a little sanding to make the edges clean and have a snug fit.
Why use a sabre saw it is a much cleaner install using a cutting wheel fitted to a multi-speed dremel tool. Another I understand for the sake of time you did things quickly, I would suggest if you do this on other folks "baby's" you take time and extreme care. A little time used saves buying a client a new Guitar cause you crapped up the finish cause you refused to take your time.
