Welcome back, in this video we install our Polyvision Aero Black windows for the Peugeot boxer van build. I purchased these from Magnum Motorhomes.
I took inspiration from ‪@wiltshirecustomcamper7203‬ who explains the installation process very well! I am also trialling a new editing software so please tell me your thoughts (it might be clunky at times) Please enjoy! This is the sixth episode in the Peugeot boxer van conversion, if you haven't seen the previous please take a look before watching. All the pricing I list are relevant to the date of upload or use!
If you've enjoyed this type of content please leave a thumbs up and a subscribe so you don't miss out on any future videos!
please remember that this is a first for me as well I'm not an expert in building van conversions however I'll try to tell you what works and what doesn't this is a no experience build!

Looks awesome. I’m doing similar to my LWB transit.

Fantastic job! I saw on the manufacturer's website they are made of acrylic. I would be concerned about the strength & hardness. The acrylic sold in USA by Home Depot is easy to work with, but scratches easily (melts if you try to cut w jigsaw). Maybe there are different grades of acrylic? I have used sheets of polycarbonate (very tough material) in a shed build, those cuts were made with a fine wood blade on jigsaw.

You need to get CubicMini wood burner in there! ;) Good work on the build. Im starting on my Iveco Daily XLWB as we speak, also raptoring.

probably won't be in a place to use it until the summer so hopefully I'll have a good 11 months before I need to start thinking about heating 😂 best of luck to you! it's good stuff

Thank you, is it a cutout size or size with frame included? They fit perfect and I want to order the same for my boxer now :) btw is it single or double glazing and do you get any condensation on them?

Hiya mate thanks very much. the 2 small ones were surplus so they were reduced. The 2 big ones were standard price. I think all 4 were around 1.1k/1.2k
