As far as new products, because you make your own barrels please come out with a line of affordable nitrided barrels with a modern tapered profile like a BA Hansen or a Geissele profile, and make them in practical lengths like 10.3, 11.5, 14.5, 16 & 18. Nothing fancy, no fluting or anything else expensive, just a modern profile that solves the weight distribution problems of the government profile at a budget price. It would also be great if they could have reduced gas port sizes similar to crane spec. If an 11.5 geissele barrel can cycle m855 with an h3 buffer using a gas port of .067, you guys should be able to sell me a modern tapered profile 11.5 inch nitrided barrel with a gas port of similar size for less. You could call it your pro line, undercut BA Hansen barrels and Geissele on price, don't chrome line them as most of us don't need full auto worthy barrels and release an educational video about buffer weights, how dudes could suppress your new barrel with an h3 or run a carbine buffer to get max reliability with lower powered ammo. Idk, I shouldn't have to spend a grand to get a 7 sided mlok upper with a common sense barrel and a suppressor ready gas port. Seems like no one is doing this, but is sorely needed in the civilian market, especially from a company that doesn't have tons of government contracts forcing them to continue making the outdated, unnecessarily front heavy gov profile.

Sabre Enhanced M4???

The Quality department needs addressed i just received a PSA AK9, when the bolt is closed on a round you can still see the tail end of the brass and the Bolt wiggles back and forth while closed, the hammer has a decent size dent in it not sure how it passed QA, I don’t want to bash them but I’ve been on a warranty claim for almost 2 weeks now and haven’t heard a peep , called customer service they noticed my photos and strongly advised me not to fire this firearm it’s extremely dangerous and has headspace issues… it frustrates me because I loved shooting this gun to now it’s sitting in my cabinet just waiting for me and they haven’t even considered the fact they sold me a gun that had a higher chance of exploding. Also light primer strikes every other mag at the time due to the hammer being damaged

Anyone else want a PSA belt fed?

Is the barrel nut steel now or are they still the garbage aluminum ones that come on most of the PSA products?

Be careful with the length of pull with a torque wrench if you want accurate readings.

In order for the torque applied to be the same as measured the torque wrench must be at 90 degrees when using a crowfoot extension. The technician did not do that so PSA gets an F in this video.

That’s not how you use a torque wrench. The crows foot needs to be at 90 degrees. With the way you have it in line, you are adding length and leverage. It sounds bunk but this is 100% true.
