Last weekend a friend of mine was riding two up on a new blue 2924 Road Glide. He added the king tour pack to the bike but did not add rear bag guards. He was coming to a stop and dripped his bike. Scratched his left saddle bag, tour pack and slip on exhaust. Slight messed up his clutch lever and highway peg. He is now getting saddle bag guards.
what I did was goning into the website and with the part number I look it up, then I check stores nearby my zip code and call them. I got one 26 miles away and I went there and got it
Love the video. I have a 22 road glide and all the guards I’ve found you have to cut part of the saddlebag bottom tube. I like how there is no cutting on yours. Can you hook me up with the part number and where you got them from?
@floydclark6853 bought it on line. The brand is Venom. There's an option to bolt it down but I did not and it's fine, as long as it's on concrete, otherwise it's slides.
In my area they are sold through the dealer only. That means I have to buy from them and pay their installation fee. I can’t just order and do it myself.
Hey bud could you give the brand & parts info for both the bags & the engine guard, I like them but couldn’t see the description Appreciate any help we👍
I rarely used my highway pegs on my old bike and don't plan on adding any to this one, there really is no way to do it. You could put your feet on the flat out bar itself though.
I just bought my 2024 Street Glide last weekend and I am missing my highway pegs from my previous '09 SG. I have been researching and really like the Cirro Frame Mount Highway Peg Brackets, tons of videos on here about them.
