For all us motorcycle riders this is one of the scariest moments when you see a car with dark tinted windows coming from a side street and you can’t see their face and make eye contact!
Many states have the same rule unless you have a medical exemption from an eye doctor. Any tint you want on passenger windows, but front windows and rear cannot be over 25% here.
Uuumm inspection first then tint.DUH 😂😂😂 The only reason for tint restrictions is cops can’t racially profile you if they cant see you. As for the safety of law enforcement officers thats as easy as rolling down windows before they approach.
@@epsavoy wow... Really? How about with super dark tints they cannot see what you might be reaching for or what you might be doing in the vehicle. It is both for the safety of the police and safety of others in the road because dark tints also makes it that much harder to see things out of those windows too... And what should an officer do if the person refuses to roll down their window? If they cannot see through the window and they dont roll it down before being approached, What is your solution there? Lastly, tinting side windows has nothing to do with profiling... That would be the windshield since if they are going to profile you, they would see you through that first...
In our tropic country with full day light of sun, we need tint like this and it's legal because : 1) can reduces solar heat entering the cabin. 2) can avoid risk of crime, because the criminals cannot see into the cabin, especially if the driver is a woman.
@@thanasis-_- In tropic country, if you compare benefit vs risk, then there are more benefits for dark tint. At night, city lights are quite helpful for the driver's vision. If the lighting feels insufficient, you can turn on the foglamp to help provide lighting from the headlamp. I even replaced my standard foglamp with 3 color biled projector foglamp, 3000K, 4500K and 5800K. Very helpful and even brighter than my headlamp. 😁
@@Saharok7777а зачем феном проходить? Просто клеил пленку так: Вымыл губкой с мыльным раствором, прошелся лезвием, потом опять вымыл губкой и пару раз сгонкой прошел. И клею пленку
Back when I was doing tint, I used to use a heat gun on the tint side to shape the film. Is this a newer technique? I wonder how well and easy it works vs. the older heat gun method (constantly moving, of course).
Worth noting that level of tint is illegal in North Carolina and probably multiple other states unless the car came from the factory with it. Here, an aftermarket tint must pass 95% of light to pass annual safety inspection (which, I presume, is compromised by inspectors who don't care about actually doing their jobs, since I see dark tints on the road all the time).
@@00000005547 just like they won't pull you for seat belts or cell phone use. Unless they do. But they *will* add-on those violations if they pull you for something else and don't like your attitude, and they *will* pull you for those or equipment violations if they want probable cause...
@@benjabhd Right. And you won't say where, because the inspectors who pass your tint could go to jail for malfeasance. You're breaking the law (violation) and they're breaking the law (felony: false swearing).
@@SilntObsvr wow, I never comment, but wow. you really must not have a real life to be crying like that. Dang. Are you okay? What really is wrong? You know coming down on others living their best lives when they are not hurting others isn't going to make you feel better about yourself. I hope the rest of your week goes better for you.
@tintgodvids, this is great "ASMR", the squeegee work is so satisfying! I wondered tho, what the purpose is with running the file along the window edge....
Para que pegue el papel normalmente se usa una pistola de calor de lado del papel pero el como manejo un soplador lo hizo del otro lado para no quemarlo
Nowadays I am driving a loan car with dark tinted glass (all the side windows amd the rear screen). It hinders the visibility and it is especially a nighmare to drive at night during pouring rain. I can't see anything through the mirrors.
Bro that much efforts did you gave to your car mirror to make wonderful tint, our state police make just 1 sec to remove on that spot if you came here... so i request never took you car here.. god bless you.
Front side windows should never be tinted. Not being able to see another driver’s face is a safety hazard. This is only allowed in backward countries that prioritise individual preferences over public safety.
