Thank ya sir. There’s a whole lot of non information out there for this nmea setup. That damned adapter cable got me. Bought the single engine adapter instead. A mistake made for my 250 2020. I learn that hard way every time.

I have got only one question.I have got a small boat where the nmea2000 end is really close to the engine.I would like to save cost if possible..Is it possible to connect the engine interface, directly to a SUZUKI DF25Atl or I also need an adapter cable. I mean if its so close can I connect the cable without the adapter? Is it only a task to lengthen the cable in case of longer distance, or possible to use if long enough the only interface cable with one end at the NMEA2000 and the other end at directly the engine connected? Great video I am wanting to set this up on my Suzuki DF70ATL2 outboard motor it’s a 2019 model. I am unsure of how to set up the interface cable to the engine and the adapter I have never been a mechanic.Any advise is greatly appreciated thank you.

great video. my interface cable has 3 connections. one for the NMEA the other two go on the engine. you only have one connection to the engine, where does the other connector go?

Hi, the suzuki engine interface is just to buy the cable connect to a nmea2000 line and connect and operate or do you need any more cables? I have a suzuki 115 hp 2018 greetings
@@RIVERCITYOUTDOORS where does the other end of the Suzuki interface plug into. There are 3 connectors one plugs into the nema 2000 one goes to the diagnostic port but where does the last one plug into
