In this video I take you through, step by step, how to install the Tamiya Semi-Trailer Light Set onto a Tamiya Fuel Tank Trailer during the initial trailer build process. The Fuel Tank Trailer is one of Tamiya's best trailers in my opinion and is almost completely metal. So I felt that I needed to pull out all the stops on this one which is why I decided to give it the royal treatment and install, not only the light set, but the motorized support legs (install of those can be seen in another video)

Hey Chuck! Thank you! Crazy timing! - Hope the video helped. I think the Fuel Tank Trailer is the most realistic of the North American trailers that Tamiya makes.

Thank you! Definitely will be. I've attached the ladder at the back now and it just makes the whole thing. Probably the most realistic of all their semi trailer offerings. Can't wait to put the finishing touches on it and upload the build video.

FREDDY arent there any rewverse lights on the trailer. the reason i am asking is that i plan on using the gt power container light kit and they come with more lights. are there any more housings for lights on that tank trailer? amother great video and plan to watch as i build, thank you again

Hi Michael! Great question...and the answer is no. They give you room for taillights and turn signals but there are no clear lenses for reverse lights. In fact I haven't seen any aftermarket versions of the back end of the trailer that would allow you to do that. I know @westernsharpies creates custom bumpers so it's possible one could be made for you??

The absolute worst way the install lights. The plug in is unsightly. Wireless trailer lights work a thousand times better

As per instructions it’s the only way. However…completely agree with you. If you want a more realistic look wireless lights would be awesome. Can you recommend a set?
