No you can not use the d400 instrument cluster on d250 .. but you can install it ....d400 got much more features.. so it will cost more but you will not get those features in d 250. If you install the d400 instrument cluster on d250 it will work but some features in the instrument cluster will be of no use
@@kaushik_life not recommended to exeed the 7kg max load, as it will crack without any doubt. Here a lot of carriers of the dominar TE are cracked just for exceeding the 7kg load by installing huge top cases and fill them.

I don't really know weather the dominar 400ug2 (touring edition) is available at Phillipines or not but if it's available at you country then you will easily find it in your nearest Bajaj service centre. And if not available then there is no way to find it . Only solution left is to import it . But I will not suggest it because it's a very long, time-consuming process and also you will pay extra for it . So i suggest go for aftermarket
