Tried it today... Used little mugdal aata also.. Jada aata ... Turned out very well.... I am very happy.... By normal method my dahi vadas never became so much soft before. . Thanks Pankaj ji.... 😘

Ok the recipe can be said 10 mins but without the sweet chuntey and green chutney . Making of the chuntey takes time .. please tell us some tips to separate the leaves in less than two mins and make both the chuntey in around 5 mins.
