.100 gm moong dal
3 cup wheat flour
salt to taste
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
1 tsp oil
4 potato
3 tomatoes
3 green chillies
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp kalonji
1 pinch asafoetida
salt to taste
1 tsp Kashmiri mirch powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp Kasoori methi
chop coriander
.500 ml oil for frying
