There is 2 ways, you can connect with provided AUX cable or use FM channel, 8:15 in the video i explained. Hope that helps 😊

If you connect AndroidAuto or AppleCarplay, u can tap the screen for next song. If connect Bluetooth, you tap on your phone

Once connected, to AA, tap Spotify app on either phone or headunit screen.

So the headunit is connected to your car audio system when you connect it through ACP/AA?

As long as the Coral Vision headunit's audio is connected via Aux jack or FM transmitter, any audio coming from Coral Vision will play via car audio system. 😉👍

at 7:49, were you saying Android phones can also connect to this unit wirelessly? I'm confused. I thought it's only apple phones (carplay) that can connect with it wirelessly and android phones (Android auto) through a wire.

For Android there is 2 ways of connecting, using wire: Android Auto (AA) , wireless: Bluetooth function. Both function differently. If you connect via Bluetooth you cannot use AA function.

Some of these types of standalone CarPlay products have a wifi connection. They don't appear to be a hotspot, but they appear to grab internet from something like your phone or your home internet from your driveway. My question is....why? What functionality does that allow for? Just date and time adjustments? Or are there some onboard apps that use the internet?

For this Coral Vision unit, you dont need to connect to any wifi or hotspot to function. All you need is your phone that already has 4G connected.
