I did this for a month and a half and this WORKS! Like even my mom noticed that my butt was plump. This is so worth it , it’s worth all the burning and soreness, you guys got this don’t give up ❤!
@@AliviaSpain some tips I have is - eating foods with protein - only doing it 3-4 days a week ( so your muscles can rest and grow ) - try fixing your form or adding bands for a better result -when doing these workouts, trying tightening your core or like squeezing your buttocks , it really helps
been doing this for almost two weeks now! my butt looks so much more plump in jeans, thank you so much! your workouts are so fun to do, easy, and short. my dog always likes to lay down under me when i do the side planks and he's a big doggo, he can barely fit 😭

i have been losing weight since february, and now I that I am so near to my target weight, I am focusing on having abs and booty. Tbis booty exercise really had my butt burning. Today is my Day 1. Goodluck to us everyone!

Im going to start this because i’m going to the beach in around 1 month, and i have to start my journey all over again because i dislocated my knee 🩼 and can finally start doing exercises again! please guys like or comment to keep me going i promise ill update 💗 Day one: Pretty hard had to take some breaks but feel the burn! Day two: still felt the same burn as yesterday but i tried taking les breaks Day three: Felt way easier and only took the breaks recommended 😋 4 and 5: Saturday and Sunday breakkkk

I just got it done. My butt burned. I do squats, lunges, donkey kicks and planking daily but these exercises are so far very effective if done consistently. Nice demo Thank you 💕 subscribed
I totally agree! I just came across this video for the first time and did it and I also felt every muscle! And I go to the gym 4 times a week and do some workouts with weights but these exercises are great! I'm going to subscribe and keep doing them 🫡🥵❤️
I want to cry from the first two minutes but it works soo good. I've been doing it for 4 days (3 work out and 1 break) and It is 1 cm bigger wich is a really good sign. I am probably going to upload how it goes after a few days ❤️ I totally recommend it
@@oliviapicz Yes I do only this work out. The story behind this is that my relationship with gym is not really good so I decided to strat small with these ten minutes. That helped me see it more friendly wich I think it's the most important part. Before some months I have tried a non equipment programm from this chanel (it was 20 minutes) I ll search it.. I started doing this workout today, so I'll be updating every week! Butt size: 35 inches - Day 1: I completed the workout easily and my legs felt a little shaky - Day 2: Today's workout was more difficult to complete, but I did it anyways

I just finished the workout and my butt is BURNINGGG! Legit one of the best butt workouts. I did with a training band and it gives this extra burn… I LOVE it !!!!!!

Буду продолжать заниматься + добавлю упражнения с весом, буду делать 3 раза в неделю. Вернусь сюда 10 января, всех с наступающим Новым годом 🎆🎉🥳

И это уже плюс 👍🏻 Также не очень правильно качать ягодицы каждый день, им нужен отдых . Но для меня это будет челлендж так сказать. Поэтому я буду каждый день на протяжении недели их делать

Absolutely love this workout 💪🏽. I can definitely feel it working , been doing her other butt workout for a week and two days now been doing it every morning before I go to work . Voy a poner cómo me fue! (3 días a la semana por 30 dias) Día #1 = Me duele horrible y en un ejercicio me empezó a arder horrible, pero voy por mi objetivo! Día #2= Ya todo fue más suave, veo un MUY MUY ligero cambio, cabe recalcar que llevo una dieta acompañada de esto, lo voy a seguir intentando junto a un video que ella tiene para reducir hipdips Día #3= Curación (aquí es mi día de reposo, para que el músculo sane) Día #4= Listop, fue más fácil !, creo que me estoy acostumbrando a la rutina.. So I’m leaving a comment to update every day I do it (I’m injured at the hip so there might be days where I won’t be able to because of the pain) Day 1 - ✅ Made me sweat a bit but it felt great Day 2- ❌ Couldn’t do it because of the pain but still tried
@@addisjourney1869 I couldn't focus on doing the exercises 😭😅 , but as soon as I get off my period I will try to stay 100% focused and change (But for me, I think it's more difficult to exercise at home, and so you have to really want to, you know?)
@@dinafebriani3144yes, sorry, I forgot to tell you the news, but, yes, it does give results, but it's not that great of a result, But of course the exercises are good, you can do them, your glutes will grow, but be patient (just like I am).
I will let u guys know what the results are after to 2 weeks but I’ll let you know how well I’ve done every day Day1: honestly not hard but lots of burning but I feel good no difference (I mean it’s only been a day so yeah lol)
2 weeks in these do work . To be honest Ive only been doing 15 seconds each leg movement, because im old and overweight I didnt want to hurt myself and I have already noticed the difference. So i recommend doing what you can and dont give up. For me it was less than what is shown, and it still made a difference.
@@eveIyna oh sorry i forgot about the exercises 😅 To be honest i did them for 8 days and i saw a difference like it was noticeable and my sister noticed that also Anyway after that i was invited to a marriage and i saw the results better when i I wore my dress and I stopped doing the exercises becuz I travelled in that period and I forgot about them I'm gonna do them again thanks for reminding me Maybe i can start by today if I remembered
