3-4 green chilli
5-6 garlic cloves
1 piece ginger
salt to taste
1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp white vinegar
1/2 lemon juice
1 no egg
1 tsp whole coriander
1/2 tsp ajwain
1/4 tsp kasoori methi
1 tsp chilli flakes
chop coriander
1 slice onion
1/2 tsp black pepper crush
1 tsp corn flour
3-4 spoon gram flour
.700 ml oil for frying

Balck salt
2 tbsp curd
salt to taste
