In this video, I will tell you how to make a Dahi vada at home. In summers we should eat fresh and healthy food, Dahi vada is one of the popular meals of summer and here we have made for you a Dahi vada recipe with chutney.

Dahi Vada Recipe
Ingredients
===========
1 Cup Suji
1/2 Cup thick curd
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1/2 finely chopped green chilly
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 cup thick curd
1/4 teaspoon hing
1 table spoon sugar
salt, chilly powder etc for garnishing.
Recipe
======
1. Add Suji in a bowl
2. Add curd and water.
3. Stir the batter for sometime and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
4. Now add ginger paste, green chilly, salt and mix again.
5. Stir thoroughly for 5-10 minutes.
6. Add 1/4 baking soda and mix again.
7. Heat oil in a frying pan. Keep the gas from high to medium oil.
8. Fry the wada batter in the oil and fry till golden brown.
9. Now in a bowl, add luke warn water.
10. Add 1/4 teaspoon hing/asefodita and some sugar and salt.
11. Soak the fried wada in this water for 4-5 minutes.
12. Now drain the water from the wada.
13. In a bowl, add 2 cup thick curd and 1 tablespoon sugar and beat it.
14. For searving, Add some wadas and pour some curd.
15. Add some salt, red chilly powder and roasted cumin seeds powder and imly chutney.
16. Garnish with coriander leaves and pomogrante.
