My daughter has been suffering from fever for 5 days and she was not eating anything. I asked her what she would like to eat and she said dosa. I did not have the batter ready then i looked for instant dosa. I saw your video and i tried. I gave it to my daughter and she loved it. Thanks

I generally don't write any comments, but Archana, thank u for the life saver recipe! I ran out of batter and my 3yr old asked for another dosa. I immediately searched and came across this recipe and by God s grace had all the needed ingredients at home too and instantly made this. It turned out and my kid also had the dosa without saying anything! ❤ Thanks alot!❤
Amazing recipe I just loved the dosa. And my husband too loved the dosa. The texture comes like the regular masala dosa but taste is kind of different. But it tastes good as well. PPL who watching the comment section pls go n try this instant dosa .❤️

I made this dosa today. It turned out very good. I just added maida(or all-purpose flour) in place of wheat flour. But, tasted good. Thank you for the recipe.
I tried this recipe , it turned out superb , u can skip adding sugar , Dosa becomes little sweet so chutney or sambar is necessary , lastly easy & quick recipe , Thank you for sharing such wonderful recipe

I tried this dosa it came as regular dosa . very nice recipe thank you . if anyone preparing the dosa dont heat the oil more bz it will become brown colour if u heat it more means . bz i done this mistake in today in making this recipe.
I've tried this recipe today. Literally they came out so well. I mean Every Time I try a new dosa recipe first 2-3 dosa just used to be go waste but with this recipe even first dosa came out so well. My husband loved it ❤

Recipe:- 1 cup coarse Sooji - blend it 2 tsp - Rice flour 2 tsp - Wheat flour Mix the dry mix well and then add 2 tsp of Hot oil Into the dry mix , add a mixture of:- 1 cup curd 1 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt and mix it well Add 1 cup of water to the mixture and whisk it until it turns into a smooth batter with no lumps Rest it for 10 min 1/4 tsp baking soda and mix it well Batter is ready Sprinkle some water into pan wipe it and pour the mixture into pan and spread it gently Your dosa is ready. for those who believe in comments only: I tried it with the same measurements. Taste was good. For first few seconds remains crispy after that geta soggy. I liked it because of the taste and neat and clean thing cooked at home 😊

Wow it was so good…I made it today and it tasted really delicious, it is actually an instant dosa hack...to anyone who's looking forward to making it, go ahead, the only thing I felt is the dosas weren't as crispy as the regular ones and were rather on the soft side..
Please use rice rava instead. It's gluten free & also tastes more like real masala dosa. You can also just use a combination of rice rava powder, rice flour, urad dal flour, baking soda, hot oil, water, curd, salt & sugar to make instant masala dosa that tastes exactly like masala dosa, without having to add wheat flour. This way it will also be more crispy.

The only mistake I did wit this recipe was not to double it. I didn't get to try cos the batter finished, my kids and husband liked it. Esp my kids, they said it's better than the usual dosa and it's too yummy. And they ate extra! This recipe is a keeper!
