That's awesome! I've been getting a lot of good feedback from this one. Just to let you know, the yellow is not as fluffy this way as when it is boiled, but I was going to try whipping the eggs with water and then cooking them to see if that might help. Otherwise, this is definitely a time and energy saving method, and it's still a great basis for a salad, no matter what your particular spices and flavors may be

I'm from India and I never knew egg is a salad 🥗 😮😊❤.I have seen egg salad in cartoons I thought that was for fun like a funny thing 😮.I'll make it for my boyfriend 👍
Well, greetings. 😊 It's always nice to meet people from around the world. When I cooked the eggs this way, the texture was a little bit less fluffy than when the eggs are boiled. It was still good, but if you're going to cook this for the first time, I would suggest you find a a recipe that actually has measurements in it. There are many variations, and you can always add other things to it. Make sure, after you boil your eggs, you plunge them in ice water until they are cool. They will peel so much easier that way. I throw stuff together without measuring most of the time because I have cooked for many years. Egg salad is really delicious, and it's popular as a sandwich. I like it on crackers also.
