I would consider Balrog's charge up punch, the one you hold buttons down for, but I don't recall if that's an instant kill at full charge or not. I think it is? It's definitely one of those fun, but impractical moves that has you charging up for a long time, though at least for Balrog's you can use your other buttons to fight in the meantime.
Seya from Saint Seiya? I don't think so. The voice actor for Seiya is Furuya Toru, who is also the voice actor for Yamcha. The voice actor for Siegfried is Hiyama Nobuyuki, who also voices Viral from Tengen Toppa, Ikkaku from Bleach, and Hiei from Yu Yu Hakusho.

In Budokai Tenkaichi 3 when you charge 3 genkidamas aren't supposed to have a cutscene when you use goku's ultimate ? The super genkidama from the fight with kid buu.
Not in Goku mid, which is what I used in the video. The Genki Dama you're talking about is from Goku End, where he transforms into Super Saiyan after releasing the Genki Dama, and doesn't need to charge anything, just land it normally.
