@@ramospainting6716 that he called the victim "stupid" even though he literally killed someone over being rejected, it's immature and the irony is appalling especially cause he doesn't even notice how hypocritical he is 😂
Facts but people dont believe karma exist until something from your past comes back to bite you in the ass to show you they ain't playing out here so it's all fair game as most would say.
I never understood that, why is it that murderers sentenced to death always cry and beg not to die, but they never once think about how their victims did the exact same thing? This guy had no right begging for his life when I'm pretty sure the innocent teenage girl he killed did the exact same thing, and he didn't even show any remorse for it! Like a school bully, he was only "sorry" because he didn't know he'd be punishment for what he did!
@@issyl7899 Yeah I guess.. I was just saying these court proceedings normally take months if not over a year and he was likely killed years and years after he commit the murder. Also even the sentence after writing the letter wasn’t instant it was at the very least weeks and likely months.

Absolutely wonderful outcome...that prosecutor is worth his weight in gold and I cant tell you how much I admire that young lady for giving evidence about something so traumatic. I hope she lives the successful and healthy life she deserves.
I'm not a lawyer; and I don't live in Wisconsin: however just to be clear this scumbag was not put on trial twice, for the same crime. In many states, the procedure on the books, for decades, has been that the state, represented by the prosecutor, cannot appeal the jury's verdict of guilty versus not guilty, however they DO have the right to appeal the sentence, regardless of whether the sentence is determined by a judge (with or without the help of standardized sentencing guidelines), or, it is determined by a second jury vote following the verdict of guilty versus not guilty, and that often occurs in a completely separate phase, and may entail the introduction of additional evidence that was excluded during the actual trial phase! When THIS guilty person decided to create new evidence, that gave the prosecutor cause to appeal the sentence, which he did, and I can't say I'm either surprised, or disappointed! I'm just not sure that "loophole" is really the appropriate term here: many jurisdictions allow for the introduction of additional evidence and statements after the verdicts have been delivered in order to support the sentencing decisions, and many jurisdictions also allow prosecutors to appeal sentences: they just need a good reason, and this stupid scumbag gave them one! And clearly as a result they improved the gene pool! It's just unfortunate that they executed and relatively quickly they saved him a lot of suffering!
I have no issue with capital punishment for anyone who needlessly and deliberately takes a life. That’s justice. Take a life in terms of 1st degree murder, you should expect to lose your freedom and eventually life.
@Asura 🌿🌿 A Adult is a organism that has developed enough to become capable of reproduction. The Legal definition of adult is when they are no longer developing there body.
Murdering someone is bad enough, but then you have their siblings mourning the death of that person for their entire lives, one of the worst things to happen
Not to mention bragging about it because he thought he got a light sentence. Tbh, being someone's prison wife for his entire life is better punishment, assuming the prisoners themselves didn't take justice in their own hands.
Maybe his parents should've taught him about "rejection". This world is filled with disappointments n if this is what he does for someone who didn't want to date him then I can only imagine what he'd do for getting punished as a teenager. He'd probably kill his own mother. Hell, that's probably why she never taught him about rejection. She knew if she did, she'd get it.😈😈😈😈😈😈😈
It’s actually not a true story because the guy was already tried one the case has been closed you can’t be arrested or sentenced for that individual crime again. The story tell needs to do more research before coming up with things. After you have been tried whether you are found guilty or innocent, you can admit to the crime walking out the room and they can’t do anything because they can’t try you twice for the same situation. Look it up if you don’t believe me
I’m glad knowing the 14 year old sister is still living this day as a 37 year old beautiful women.the 20 year old would’ve been 43 today if he HAD lived
@fck stick She was dead anyways if she had played along. He would have gone to jail snd then released and all she could've had was a stupid restriction order. Unfortunately, that's the reality...
If he was willing to kill her for saying no imagine what he would have done to her if she said yes? Seriously. Id rather be murdered than r*ped. Just saying.
Except all of this is incorrect and the people in the photos are completely different from the story. This is like some weird made up story to rile people up.

Do you say that because you genuinely believe that? Or because it's a simple and easy thing for you personally to prevent, and therefore assume you can prevent people like this in your personal life? Because being told "no" is a pretty hard thing to avoid
With the amount of completely different and unrelated court pictures there are in this, I’m surprised we didn’t see a picture from OJ Simpson’s trial and Bill Clinton’s trial lmao
Seriously lol Tuly thought for a sec the kid who gave the finger to the court + ripped his shirt off to reveal "killer" written with a sharpie on his hanes white also killed a girl...very confusing. Then I'm staring at Ray Liotta wondering wtf is goin on lmao

he was so dumb he was like:oh im getting a life sentence! >:) lemme write a letter admitting that i commited many crimes also him:NO WHY YOU KILL ME >:(
A letter admitting guilt would not normally trigger a second trial in these circumstances, and the double jeopardy rule would indeed apply. But his big mistake was including the line in his letter to the Prosecuting Attorney; "I guess I forgot to mention these events when I was being questioned. Ha Ha!". This is an admission that he withheld testimony when questioned and that's what triggered the re-trial.
@@owi7326 I used to work at a high security prison, and it's really not that bad. Cable television, video calls, visitation, no bills, no job needed, food provided, commissary items like candy, etc.

That’s what happens when we parents don’t set limits and expectations on our kids we give them whatever they want, and don’t follow through with punishments. Time outs my a$$. Spank that a$$, take away electronics, and discuss the punishment with your kids. Death is worse than a spanking!
@@dang6832 Well with all do respect, spanking... or any form of physical violence on a child... teaches them to use physical violence to solve problems. Never use physical violence on children. Only stupid people use violence, because violence is stupid. And not using physical violence on a child in no way means don't punish them and do give them everything they want. Just stop teaching children to use violence.
@@ChristelVinot I assume you have children then. So do I and all have grown up smart, healthy, respectful, and caring. They each, once, passed all different levels of punishments to get to that point. Afterwards they received a good talking to with an explanation why and a sincere please don’t do this again because it is hated by us, your parents. This isn’t a beating, but 1-2 swipes to the butt. Each one has thanked us months after saying they learned something and don’t want it to happen again, which it never did. Today’s parents only want to spoil their children which has led to what we are seeing in the news, never told no or consequences for their actions. This has worked for me personally with my parents and with my kids. I do respect your opinion, but I feel that not being willing to cross into the next level is paramount to child mental abuse not raising kids to adulthood with consequences. A small level of fear is healthy. Kept me from doing stupid things after the fact. So good luck raising your children. Hopefully what you preach will work for you. I know my rearing of children with my wife of 26 years has worked. So take all those psychological degrees of experts and toss them into your next fire.
I live in NYC and we have a parade every year on Labor day. A young woman upon just becoming a nurse, was out celebrating. She was asked for a dance by an inebriated stranger, she said no thank you and was shot in the face and died, right in front of her friends out in the open. Never could understand why some people cannot handle the word no.
And months later was executed, what is meant by months? Rare to ever see anyone executed in MONTHS, usually years unless he's counting the years in months instead.
@@KTTstudios ehh, while I agree, some people just want to avoid any funny business in the future and just straight-up end any chance of loopholes or whatnot.
He was convicted in 1999 and executed in 2010. This was a complicated case that really needs explanation. His death sentence was vacated because a judge, on appeal, said there was not enough evidence that he raped the 16 year old, so there were no special circumstances allowing the death penalty. He still received 3 life sentences for the murder of the 16 year old and rape and attempted murder of the 14 year old. When he wrote the letter which included admission of rape of the murdered girl it was considered new evidence by the court and he was retried and given the death penalty, since he was never acquitted. I generally only believe in the death penalty if the person is still a danger to society once incarcerated (think escape artist like Bundy or someone like Manson who has control over others willing to kill for him), but I'm kind of willing to make an exception for this fool. Karma's a bitch.

@@bonusyt6413 not if the parents allowed it. It is only a 4 year difference. How many seniors dated freshman when you were in school.?
