I was a delivery driver at a place where the Mexican staff always liked to park blocking the receiving ramp. They had been told over and over, now the company pays if I'm there longer than 1 hours so the boss got tired of these extra charges. So,, He took his big fork lift, ran the blades through the sedan to pick it up. Left the car with 2 big holes in the front doors, never happened again.

I could vouch as a fireman. It is literally in our training to break through car windows to get our supply line through. If cars are parked in front of a hydrant, it's the only option. Obviously you can't bend 5-in line so that's what you get for parking there
