Chef I wanted to ask you 1 thing. I saw your kimchi recipe yesterday.... I wanted to know that till how many days we can store kimchi .... i.e what is shelf life of kimchi recipe posted by You. ? Please Answer 🙏 Lots of love and respect 💕🙏
Sir I really appreciate your gesture, but being a South Indian I must tell you that it's not even Dhosa, it's actually "DhoSHa". Shakkar(sugar) wala 'sha'. Btw really liked this recipe!!
Love for Dosa is another level😍...And you added more twist and flavour to it😋.. I will try it today only..Thank you so much Chef 🙏... Luv your all recipes..❤️
No doubt this recipe is amazing but I tried today n it turned out to be a big mistake 😅 my mixer grinder just stopped working, my kitchen is all messed up n i am scared to face my mom😂 n instead I'm writing this comment here. It's almost 09.30 n we usually have our dinner around 08.00, so i just called my sister to prepare dinner😂Ugh!!!!! I'm not gonna enter to the kitchen because I'm done for the months now😅😅 n i also realized that cooking is definitely not my cup of tea!
Dosai in Tamil..Dosas originated in South India; their exact birthplace in that region is a matter of conjecture. According to food historian K. T. Achaya, dosa (as dosai) was already in use in the ancient Tamil country around the 1st century AD, as per references in the Sangam literature.
Your recipe is really good. My suggestion is that whatever you are cooking, give the list of ingredients with measurements. It will really help us preparing the recipe easily.
I love your recipes & the way you go about teaching it. I also appreciate your straightforward correction for the pronunciation of the word Dosa. Very rarely one can pick up the courage to do so. Thanks once again.
chef kunal, may I please request you to teach me how to make Lucknowi gosht biryani, I had been commenting long time but u never made video about this.i want lucknowi biryani but better to be show pressure cooker lucknowi biryani
Chef you have the flair of truly knowing your ingredients and without showing off on screen you value our time and teach each n every essetial step of cooking along with the "secret" of making it an excellent dish with least possible ingredients! You are our household's go to person for recipes!!! Thank you for spreading such happiness in society!!!
You are awesome chef! Love your recipes. Being a south Indian, i always get annoyed when people pronounce 'dosa' incorrectly. Happy that you showed the right way in your video. Thanks 👍
Kunal, the dal you're roasting do you wash it, dry and then roast or simply take it out of the container? Usually lentils are washed before making dal.
1 tip that works wonders for my oats dosai is a small pinch of soda in the batter. You will see that it will come out as perfectly golden brown as a rice dosa.
Absolutely yummy and healthy dosa , perfectly fit in my diet . Chef aap ne to diet food bhi tasty bana diya hai . This is definitely gonna be my breakfast ❤️❤️ Thank you so much Kunalji 🙏
You are my first choice and mentor for any of the recipes. This one is simply superb Chef Kunal ! Going to try very soon. Thank you so much for all your lovely recipes.😍 Kindly mention the Tava brand you used for Dosa.. looks amazing 👍
I have tried this recipe and love the unique way you cooked it! Kunal Kapur's demonstration of making instant oats dosa using rolled oats and urad dal powder was impressive. The dosa turned out crispy and flavorful, and the accompanying tomato chutney added a delicious touch. On a personal note, I made this dosa using True Elements Rolled Oats, and it turned out amazing! The texture was perfect, and the flavors were delightful. Thank you for sharing this healthy and delicious recipe, Kunal Kapur!
Thank you so much for giving the information about the right pronunciation of the word, 'dosa' for the benefit of our North Indian brothers and sisters. We sort of cringe when we hear them saying, 'dosa' with a hard 'd'! Love your channel!
