I made this recipe today. I made a small alteration: used soaked and peeled almonds and watermelon seeds instead of cashews. It was delicious! The biggest secret is to follow those special tips for cooking right to bring the flavours out correctly. Otherwise, with the very same ingredients, the gravy will not taste as good.
