Thanks Irina! Yes, I didn't have to add cornstarch with Dutch Oven version, most of the liquid got evaporated during cooking process. I only added cornstarch to Instant Pot version which produced a lot more liquid during pressure cooking. Yes, agree, sometimes I save a lot of time by not caramelizing onions all the way ( just saute for ~15 min .....it still comes out really good! ))
