A nice hearty meal. This recipe makes plenty enough for 4 hearty eaters. You can easily half the recipe. If you like less gravy, cut the broth down to 1 cup.

1.5 lbs string beans (fresh or frozen)
2 lbs potatoes cut in large bite size pieces
1/2 diced onion
2-3 tbsp grainy mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1.5 cups of broth/stock
