Perfect Jasmine Rice (made from the Instant Pot recipe book that came with the IP.)
3 rice cups of rice, well rinsed until water runs clear (the rice cup is 6oz, or 3/4 cup).
You need to put the rice in the pot first, then the water.
Water to the 3 cup mark in the Instant Pot liner (Make sure to use the cups mark and not the litres mark!).
Set to Manual, 4 minutes.
Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes.
Release remaining pressure and stir.
Serve!
