* Leftover Kalakand (बची हुई कलाकंद)
* Rice (चावल)
* Milk (दूध)
* Sugar (चीनी)
* Saffron (केसर)
* Dry Fruits {such as Almond (बादाम) & Walnut (अखरोट)}
Instructions (निर्देश):
* Soak kesar in milk. Partially cook and mash rice.
* Add sugar, crumbled Kalakand, kesar-infused milk, and elaichi powder.
* Boil for 30 minutes, stirring continuously. Add dry fruits.
* Allow to cool for 7-8 hours. Serve warm or chilled.
