Yeah... That's the cities fault though, for one it's faulty and for two it's not properly secured to the ground. If that fell on someone or someone's car, you'd have legal grounds to sue the city for not doing their job; especially if it was life threatening. So realistically he'll probably get a slap on the wrist because even if someone leaned on that it'd fall.

He won’t have to pay anything. That thing was a safety hazard since it was barely standing, and it didn’t even function correctly since it was not pointed the right way, which could cause pedestrians not to see it, leading to potential accidents. If anything, the city is lucky that it didn’t fall on him, or they would have had to pay a few millions in medical bills and other compensations.

One is heavier set, one is thinner. It ain’t hard for the cops to find out who the homeowner is and what color her a hair is.

Outta the corner of my eye I see the reflection on the sliding glass door of something about 3 and a half feet tall right behind my chair and its movin' up on me! I'm thinking "Ok, its finally happened. Those little grey bastards have come for to probe me!" I'm thinking "I'm gonna get one chance at this! I ain't getting probed without a fight like a bitch!" My son comes around from behind the chair to see me about to throw a haymaker right in his face! Something tells me this one is staged. The kid barely touches him. If you are holding something that is as valueable as a TV balanced like that you wouldn't react like that to a slight graze on the genitalia. What even are they trying to do? Why would he be just balancing the TV like that while the guy is no where in range to have the TV handed to him. They thought this out a little before hand so they put a towel there to protect the railing. If they are moving it down to ground level any person with a brain would move it through the inside stairs. I honestly can't believe I typed all this out. But there is even more that makes it seems staged or at the very least not in the slightest way the kids fault but the two adults who somehow thought this was a good idea and also the one adult who reacted like he had been shot after a small testicle touch.

Not really. Depending on where they live, by not only denying it, but demanding to be let go, it might open the woman that chased her down up to a lawsuit or charges. Generally speaking it's best to let thieves go, especially if you have cameras. Otherwise you risk getting a charge yourself. Especially since she's gotten all the way to the road. To be clear, I'm not saying that the thief was in the right. Just that the lady who chased her down did something just about as stupid.

I don't get the Adderall part. It's nasty stuff if you don't need it for meds and it's addictive. Easy to overdose. It's like super coffee energy drink. It makes you feel awful. Not to mention dangerous. It will mess you up and not in a good way. If you want to stay awake then drink coffee or take a 100mg caffeine pill like a normal person. If coffee gives you acid reflux then the pill is for you. Adderall misuse includes: "The risks range from restlessness, aggression, and increased blood pressure and heart rate to stomach problems, paranoia, psychosis, seizures, heart attack, and stroke, according to the National Institute on Drug Abuse". I've had psychosis due to alcohol. Can describe it as a supercharged nightmare you can't wake up from. Can take hours to recover from it, if you're lucky! I was lucky. I could have easily drowned in my own vomit.
