For anyone who's wondering how figure skaters/dancers turn so much and don't get dizzy, there's a technique called spotting Basically you pick a point on the wall you're facing (maybe a light switch or a clock) and while turning, you look at that thing for as long as your neck flexibility will allow, then you whip your head round to look at it again! So essentially you don't focus on anything other than that one spot so you don't get dizzy. It takes a while to master spotting but once you do it doesn't matter how many turns you do you won't get dizzy :)
