If people learned more about cats needs, then most of the "not interested in interacting with humans" or "badly behaved" cats would actually be very differently behaved. Cats love to cuddle with people and can learn commands etc if people just wouldn't basically teach their cats to be aloof, maybe even angry, hermits. They need interaction, lots of playing, nice watching spots higher up in the walls and near windows and so on. There can be few individual cats that are awful nomatter what but that can't be avoided. But most people complaining about their cat's behaviour go on to tell, how they even bought a knee high scratching tree and another toy mice and now they don't understand why nothing changed.

Lol my cat that past away recently was seriously the sweetest thing ever. She never attacked and she made a ton of people, that normally didn't like cats, like her. She was nothing but love. She was more human than a lot of humans are lol. She didn't make you love cats but made you want a cat like her lol
Cats are generally chill if you respect their boundaries. The caveat being that you have to learn how to read them to figure out what those boundaries are but once you figure out cat body language you’re golden!
I mean they’re just different from dogs so you have to figure it out. For example: with dogs wagging tail usually=happy. With cats it’s usually overstimulated and therefore stop what you’re doing and give them some space.
Alot of people dont understand cats. I didn't at first either now me and my cats are good. Every cat has different temperament. If their tail is wagging leave them alone! Cause they ready to fight.
I had one of the sweetest chubby cats ever before she passed away, her name was Lucy and she was so chill with almost everything and everyone other than baths, she loved everyone and slept all the time, I miss her 🥲

my neighborhood has a cat that roams around, hanging out in peoples backyards and stuff, and he's the sweetest, loveliest little guy ever. never once scratched or bit me, loves rubbing up against peoples legs, absolutely wonderful cat. cat's can be so sweet and lovely!

I would like to state that every cat I have met in my life has been extremely kind to me. I have a strong disliking of dogs. Certain dogs are cute but most are quite irritating. The only cat I’ve liked;was one I had growing up. She would appear for 2 separate, (around)10 min, sessions in a day. 1- would be when she got fed in the morning. 2-would be when she decided she wanted to be pet. Afterwards she would just take off to where ever there were no people again. I appreciated that she didn’t attack, instead she accepted she didn’t like people, and avoided them. 😂😂

5:30 You wouldn’t run up to a complete stranger and start hugging them. With cats, you have to treat them like humans. You have to introduce yourself to cats, let THEM sniff you. If they are interested, they will rub themselves on your hand. If they walk away or hiss, dont pet them. It’s Cat 101.
