Aliexpress has them for wayyyyyyy cheaper I got the android 13 with the top of the line processor and 8gb of ram and 128gb of memory for $80. Way better than this one. Took a few weeks to get but worth it

Great video, any noticeable lag while using it? I have a RAV4 that doesn't have wireless carplay either. I hate digging around for the cord to plug into.

Thanks for the video looks like a great product. Was so disappointed when I test drove the 23 Tacoma that they don’t have wireless car play. Have a 21 RAV4 and they added wireless Car Play in 22. Man the dash looks great without the Tesla Style display they put in the 24 Tacoma

Great video noice lunar rock I’ve the 2022. My buddy has the lite car stereo version in his 2019 Tacoma. He has to go to the the one car stereo video player then back to iPhone home to get volume control to work has that happened to you?🧐
I installed the latest edition, CarPlay Al box HE/ HDMI, on my 2021 Tacoma TRD off road & used it about a week & noticed when playing anything other than music it has a delay of voice to sound of about 3 seconds. You can forget the device & reconnect on Bluetooth but after about 20 mins it goes back to the delay. May get some lag when switching through apps quickly. Other than that it boots up in about 20 seconds straight to Apple car play once you follow the instructed steps when first booting up. Haven’t tried to connect the Wi-Fi to go on yt/Netflix.
Will this device work on Carpuride w901 pro wireless portable unit? Watching prime video and netflix would be great if this unit can work with wireless portable unit.

You're added to the draw! It's not short but, to be fair, the tacoma bluetooth connection upon startup is also not that fast. It's as much the tacoma and the box in tandem I would say. Thanks for checking out the video.
