I'm speaking from experience (was abused and still live with the people) and it's not easy keeping positive always but depression is something I never go through because of how long I was in that state. The point here is that before you rise you need to breakdown first and learn how to lean on yourself and how to put yourself first ALWAYS and love you first ALWAYS! So don't worry much and try to affirm yourself,it will help and believe that you are healed and you will be healed 🥰😘

What do you do with the anger once it's there though? I feel like mine lasts for such a long time once it hits and it is hard getting out of that state or letting it go. Once it's there I don't know how to get it out if that makes sense?
Practicing gratitude and gratefulness also help's raise your vibration to look for all the good in your life and to allow more good to be attracted to you.
What’s cool about this graphic is that it is a spiral and it makes me think of when people refer to “spiraling” and usually mean spiraling down to the lower vibrating emotions. Well, what goes down can also go up! We can have an upward spiraling as well!
We have to stop teaching people to run away from these lower emotions . You may temporarily raise your vibration but it’s not sustainable . Those lower emotions are coming back to be felt , there’s no way around it
@@Sanskruti-2222 it's both gradual, a little at a time over time. and you'll notice days you wake up and feeling sparklier. it's tricky though because as you vibrate higher, heavy stuff will come up to be faced and released so it's like you're trying to be positive and it doesnt magicalky make the hard things go away, it does make them easier to deal with and you have hope and love that its worth it. I've also noticed big shifts after a dark night, after facing and releasing some heaviness.

Hmmmm. By your logic, if you are bitter, in order to raise your frequency to even a neutral frequency, you need to point blame, feel sorrowful, speak negatively about yourself, worry, be judgmental and even seek revenge. That’s not a path to happiness, or a higher frequency, ever. Feelings are feelings, and they matter. Everyone should embrace and understand all of their feelings, positive and negative; however, feelings aren’t stairs to a higher frequency. Feeling one negative emotion can suck, but “trading” it out for another negative emotion doesn’t eliminate the original one, and it definitely doesn’t get you any “closer” to the top.

This is too simple and silly. It’s possible to feel/ experience various different parts of the chart quite close together, sometimes even at the same time!! What’s crazy for me is that I spiraled down before spiraling back up higher. I am an empath though and started getting overwhelmed simply because the people around me were overwhelmed because I had been on the higher end in my youth. No matter what my life looked like because it was crazy but I guess years of projections from people I had energetic chords with took its toll on me.
What you said about anger resonates very highly with my experience. I remember during a very difficult time in my life, I had gone through a situationship ending when I started feeling a lot of anxiety and depression. It wasn't until I stared feeling anger about how I was treated when I knew, internally, I was somehow making progress (though, staying in anger for too long can cause regress, as I had to learn the hard way). You can feel the feeling of energy immediately after you come to the trader Joe store . There is 1 thing that a customer when they go to the trader Joe store . They feel happy immediately when they see the face of the employee. They have a bunch of employees with high frequency ( good attitude, happy emotion) it create a strong sense of high frequency energy and transform the environment around it . That why they boost their sale because many many customers come to there and they receive the energy of happiness, joyful from the employees. The reason why this is utter bullshiii is because of the chakra scale which this mimics you give negative attention to necessary lower chakras that are favorable. You paint a picture that the higher frequencies are what people should aim for, neglecting the lower 3 which are detrimental for human function. This is absolutely true, but you must understand the equation and set your intentions accordingly, along with developing common sense and your ability to reason, as well as develop a relationship with yourself and a strong sense of self-awareness identity and choose acts of self-care as opposed to actions to self sooth. Results don’t happen in any short amount of time. it’s about long-term health, healing and growth. Get away from any immediate gratification or projecting any results prematurely. That will diminish any substantial progress and you will stay stuck in the downward spiral stuck in what I call “the oblivion of bliss”.

Remember too that there’s a slingshot effect that can happen here. Guilt when felt fully can lead to honesty and accountability, which can lead to more compassion and authenticity. Apathy can lead to healthy non-attachment if you let it. This rigid binary of positive and negative emotions, when used incorrectly, actually limits the trajectory of ascension and growth and the fullness of human experience. It’s all about the perspective of where you’re at.
"Instantly shift your vibration" Emotions are not meant to be instantly, forcefully shifted. A plant needs to dig its roots deep in the earth- to experience darkness as a seed- to grow. Im sorry but i find these videos are encouraging people to shame their "low vibrational" emotions and not honour how much moving through darkness willingly enables growth. Damn thank you for sharing! Makes sense! My sister who has a lot of conflict around her….I always thought she had stronger energy than me. She’s in anger mode a lot…and seems to be able to not be as bothered by being in it as I would. She can go into it and kind of snap out of it. It’s not a big deal for her. Whereas if i loose my twmper and go in anger mode, I odten feel bad or guilty about it after and it stays with me for longer. We have both been raised with a lot of negative stuff, trauma, guilt, etc. my mother embodies fear all the time due to anxiety, so that type of thinking has been instilled in me. Not that I’m getting stuck in blaming her…it’s just where it came from. But when I was younger, I admired certain things about my sister being able to stand up more to people, and I just always thought she had more or stronger energy.,:while also thinking often she’s negative at the same time. I get it though, because I often suppress my feelings and try not to get angry, sometimes do… but yeah, that makes sense that it would be the next step up actually. I think a lot of us maybe stay stuck because we do think anger is a negative thing. That’s what we’rr taught in our society. It probably causes a lot of us to suppress anger. But it makes sense that if we haf not got to that place in a sense that it’s the next step up. because you know you have to acknowledge those feelings vs. stuff them. If our outer world reflects our inner world, how did Jesus end up being tortured and murdered when he was one of the most high vibrational beings ? Wouldn't only good things happen in the life of those who were extremely high vibration if that was the case ?
As someone who's trying to dedicate myself to helping others. I've noticed what when im talking with someone. I always meet them where they are. And slowly walk up with the spiral with them. I dont jump to a level they're not close to. We dont respond well to that.

Vibrations don't stay the same so you can be happy one day and feeling peaceful and blissful but then zhe next day you might feel a little lower and that's okay deal with it responsibly
i dunno what this is but i think fear is worse than anger (for me).. cause i dont wanna feel fear. i cant handle fear. so i make myself angry.. i try to be positive but i cant shake all the fear but when i make myself mad at being fearful, i dont feel the fear.. i dunno...
