Just fyi don’t turn over your picture while developing, leave it face down away from light. You will get a better picture that way. Light will over expose it
@Lazy Tamago, i cannot review your comment. make sure your instax printer light is turned on, then on your mobile phone scan bluetooth. It will show Android or IOS.
have a fun time with your instax printer! recently there was an update on instax mini link app. aside from frames you can chose from, you can now add text and sketches on you photo before printing. I recently uploaded a new video for that if you are interested. :)

You probably already solved this but... Just plug it in to wall with cord attached. Wait about an hour and 1/2. Light will be solid green. Turn on you phone Bluetooth and let it find your printer.
Is the printer turned on? If the printer is connected to your phone. You can check the status of the film on the upper part of the screen. Even if the protected film doesn not come out automatically, you can test print a picture so the protective film will come out.
I got the transparent album from Artbox here in Korea. It's called "PVC 6 hole binder". If you are not in Korea, you can find it online if you search the keyword.
hii, i just purchased a mini link. i added film and downloaded the app. it is charged but it won’t show the printer on the bluetooth screen and i cannot connect it. help?
Close the app. Turn off both device. Then turn on the printer first, place your mobile phone close to the printe and turn on the bluetooth. When you scan bluetooth connections it should show. Select of your phone you are using is Android or IOS. Hope it helps
if you still haven't gotten it to work, make sure that the mini link is completely charged before your first use (you'll know that it's at 100% when the light stops flashing green and instead displays a still green light). i had the issue of it not connecting until it was fully charged, so hopefully this helps you!
hey, did you edit your pictures before printing them? your colors are very vivid and mine are coming out so timid, I'm still having a hard time finding the best way to make sure they'll always look vivid.
No, i did not edit any of my pictures. i printed them straight away from my phone. i also got same problem with my other printed photos. prints in mini link always came out super bright as compared to the original photo. maybe you can adjust the brightness and contrast of your photo, darken a little bit before printing them.

i just bought this and when i turn it on it’s yellow, and when i put the film in it, it’s still yellow. i tried changing the film cartridge but that didn’t help. what do i do?
just leave it as it is. film will develop on its own, wait about 2~3mins. film developing time takes longer on cold environment. make sure not to touch the film while developing, it may leave a mark and it's not pretty. :)

@@belarusknight2553 instax film has 3 sizes. Instax mini, square and wide film. Instax mini link printer only use mini film. Make sure to buy the right size
It's okay if it does not remove the protective film automatically. You can open the app and try to print any photo, then the protective film will come out. Also, make sure the printer has enough battery so maybe then the protective film may come out automatically.
In korea i got it from artbox and daiso. But if you are in the US maybe you can find them on amazon. It's a 6 hole pvc diary and A6 clear photo cards refill to use for your instax photos. It's also available on aliexpress (if it works in your country).
You need to charge your printer for 10~20mins. It is okay if it does not automatically eject the black film after you insert the film, you can eject it manually by printing a photo.
I recommend this one bec.you can print what ever you like..like kpop and u can put it on your phone case or gave it to your friend that love kpop and you can just take photos with your camera and if you want to print it you can just print it here...and then you can print anything..not like the instax camera,yeah i know instax camera is nice too bec.you can take pictures and after u take pictures it can print but what if u want to like print kpop picture on your phone, well it cant print,it can print picture when if it is like you take it a picture in real life or reality but if you want to print pictures that you did not picture it in real like kpop idols if you havent meet them but u want to print their picture,well you cant..bec.instax is just a camera..not like this one it is so easy u can like print anything you can print fictonal pictures and taken pic... Pls.no hate.. Its just my opinion❤❤
try edit your photos to a slight darker or warmer tone. I uploaded a new video on how to get vivid photos. how i edit them and apps i use. maybe you can get ideas on it. thank you for watching my video. ^^,
Can I change different film after the protective film is ejected? Say i got Shiny Star and Rainbow film, and i want to print 2 of each. can i change the cartage without all 10 inside?
I have tested that before. Scenario: i got a colored film inside and it has 6 films left. I went to a dark room (our bathroom actually that has no sunlight, so dark that cant even see anything) i remove the colored film and replace it with plain film. I kept the colored film in a black plastic bag and put it inside a box, store it away from lights. Then after using all the plain film, went to the same place and use the colored film again. Film works just fine, i got one over exposed film on first shot but the rest of the film are good.
I added film to it and when I try and print pictures it says that there is no film inside. I already made sure it’s charged completely and it is connected to my phone so how do I fix this?

@@shanav3991 yes, i do that most of the time because using filters are faster than changing the settings of the photo. Also I'm not good at editing, so i just use filter instead.
I think your film is exposed to light. You cannot put back the film protector again. Also, if you happen to open the back of tbe printer when there is film inside, the film will be exposed and no image will appear when you print. I suggest try a new set of film.
I just got this printer & my photos are coming out very bright and over exposed, as soon as I print I flip them over so they are not exposed to light. Any idea why this may be?
Instax mini link printer automatically adjust the brightness of the photo upon printing. That is why every photo you print is so bright. That is also why i edit my photos before printing them. You can watch my "instax tips" video to get a good photo every time you print.

connect your printer to your phone, and try printing any photo. to make sure your film is place correctly, you have to match the small yellow mark on the printer door and on the film cartridge.
For refill, Is this the universal Instax mini film sheets we use in Instax camera ? I m new to this please suggest ...I m planning to buy this ...need suggestions
If you want to use instax for journaling, mini printer is best. You can take photos on your phone and print it later. For me i like instax mini 9 camera more. I like the excitement i get when i take a picture and prints right away, never know how the photo will come out.

If the light on the printer is red, it is low on battery and it cannot connect on bluetooth. Try charging the device for atleast 20mins (65% charged) turn on the instax printer first, then turn on the bluetooth of your phone. On bluetooth available device options you will see instax for android or ios. Select depending on the phone you are using. That's how it works for me.
typically the mini link won't connect to your device unless it's 100% charged before your first use. when it's plugged up, you'll know it's fully charged when it displays a still green light (not flashing). i had the same connection issue until it was at 100%, so hopefully this helps you! :)
No, that won't work. Because the printer has no ink. The ink is coming from the inside of instax film. So only instax mini film can be use for printing.
Mine won’t even work. Like I try turning it on, but the lights that are supposed to turn on don’t anymore. And when it was working it wouldn’t connect to the wifi. But then it did work but when I was about to print a picture it said the connection stoped working, and that’s when it stoped turning on. Help?
I haven't encounter this kind of problem with my instax printer, so i can't give a clear answer. Try charging your printer for 20~30 mins then try connecting again. If your printer is new, it could be under a 1 year warranty from fujifilm. You can go to their website, where you got your printer and send an inquiry about device repair.

the refill for the Polaroids comes in a set of 10 so the frequency of changing it depends on how many pics u printed. it is contained in a black container with this yellow line on the top right hand corner so u can aline it with the printer.
Does the film came out halfway or does not come out completely? If it does come out completely you can take out the film from the printer then put it back, but 1~2 film will be exposed.
