This pork tenderloin recipe won over my family! Instead of regular schnitzels, I make these pork tenderloin schnitzels. It is tasty, juicy and unusual. Pork fillet cooks very quickly and remains soft. Preparing meat for this recipe in a skillet can be done in advance. And please your loved ones with a delicious meat dish. Cook with love!
Ingredients and preparation:
Pork fillet approx. 1 kg
Salt
Black pepper
1 large onion
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
A piece of butter
A thin slice of cheese
2-3 eggs
3-4 tbsp flour
About 100 ml cooking oil
