Cheers James! Yeah Instinct are new to the UK market. They are very popular across Europe especially with MDS and UTMB runners. It's a french company. Really enjoyed using it. Top bit of kit. 😎🤘

Nice one Ben, looks like a good option for a 10lt vest, with lots of customisation all around. Being able to access your jacket without taking the vest off is always a good option, it just reduces the faff 👌

It certainly does decrease the faff Martin. It also gets rid of the barrier for doing it because sometimes you put off getting your jacket out because of the hassle but with this it makes it easier. I am sure you will be using one soon enough 😉

Nice one mate, great review! Hadn't heard of Instinct before so good to hear the features on their vest and your thoughts on it. Looks well put together with plenty of front pockets for snacks and great to have options with carrying poles so you can have them where you like.

Great review Ben.. i did bought the Xx20 for my hiking and backpacking purposes.. a lot of pockets and i love it.. now it's my go to backpack for my next backpacking adventure..

Great review Ben. That stuff pocket on the top is a great changer isn't it. As you know taking your vest on and off to get access to your jacket can be such a pain. This irradicates that problem. Looks like it has loads of space, absolutely ideal. Also looks perfect for carrying the drone and stuff. Nice one mate 👍.

Thanks for the detailed review Ben, I really like the rain jacket bit , clever common sense engineering from people who have ran trails, Pole solutions on such a small pack is good. Do they have a larger option for multi day events?

Cheers JBS. It's been a really solid pack mate comfortable and functional. 👌 They do indeed have larger packs mate they are very popular amongst MDS runners actually. They have a lot of the similar features but they just have increased volume. Thanks for watching mate! 😎🤘

Thorough test drive and review mate . I’m not a fan of vests and only wear them if totally essential . I currently use either a Nathan or a Salomon . Have you used either of those ? would be good to know how it compares as aesthetically that instinct does look good . Of course that could be your supermodel good looks selling it ?

So thrilled to see you getting stuff to review, Ben, awesome!!! Is it unisex? IF possible, could you get a woman to try it out too?? For us ladies, the positioning of the flasks in front can make or break a vest and many vests claim to be unisex but are definitely not at all!! Just from the look of it, this one seems like it could be good for women too!!

Very lucky that the Beta Run guys look after me 😊👍 I will see if I can get Katie to try it on and maybe I will stick a short up on RU-vid. I know that my buddy Danielle is going to be using a larger volume model for her upcoming 200 miler next week. She has said it is very comfortable. It basically features the same front strap system with a larger back compartment. Thanks for checking out the video Bev! 😎🤘

How comfortable are the lace ups on the sides? Especially during hot weather, any rubbing or chaffing? Thanks, mate.

Thanks for watching! I haven't experienced any rubbing issues with the lacing system at all. The material of the laces is pretty soft and stretch so I think in most cases it will be fine. I hope that helps. 😎🤘
