Excellent video thank you. For evaluation part, what evaluation model would you recommend? Kirkpatrick's?

Great question, @Som Ar Mo! I personally use Kirkpatrick's model and approach in my thinking about evaluation. It can be tricky to use all 4 levels, but it is definitely a powerful framework!
