For my experiment I left the leaf stalk on and did not put it in a banana or anything, rooting powder then a sandy soil mix, then 60 days later 2 out of 14 had grown shoots, the others are ok, so it does work.

Buen día! Porfavor den el cosejo completo porque no aparece e nombre del líquido y asi no hay buenos resultados. Yo lo hice con solo el plátano y no funcionó porque le falto el líquido.
Muy bonita la presentación, pero no sirve para nada si no especifica que liquido es el que le pone al plátano. Esto es una presentación de video incompleta deberían retirarla.
Ola pessoal! Vocês vao rir da minha história,eu não conseguia propagar por estaquia no solo,ja havia desistido. Tenho dois exemplares no meu jardim,nao sei a ID. Certo dia levantei a a brotação nova toda cortada no chão,nao sobrou quase nada,as formigas arrasaram. Fiquei muito triste pensei vai morrer,recolhi tudo peguei copinhos de vidro coloquei água,tirei as folhas os botões.Deixei dois pares de folhas. Coloquei em local claro,trocando a água a cada dois ou três dias. Fiquei surpresa quando enrraizaram,tem que esperar ter bastante raizes ai planta normal. Moral da história as formigas tao detestadas que me ensinaram a propagar.
Com o tempo fui aperfeiçoando o método,para enrraizar na água pegar,os brotos novos não lenhoso,puxar para que fique com um pouquinho do galho onde estava preso. Se não der certo, a primeira vez,não desista,não são todos que brotam.😘😘🙏

Ребята! Все это его лохотрон! Все делала по его ролику и большой 0.срезанте веточку с 6 листиками,ставите в воду,капает в воду сок Алоэ, таблетку активированного угля и 1 каплю жидкой янтарной кислоты,ставите стакан в ЗИП.пакет и ждёте 8 дней,появляются корни! Всем удачи,пробуйте,!
This video has many flaws, first of all fuchsias are not able put out new growth of stems etc since there is no adventicious buds to grow from. I should know since I 've grown fuchsias for more than 40 years.
Is there anyway to propegate more fuchsias? Also, I can’t find information on when to cut back my fuchsia for them to be full and bushy instead of scraggly after winter?
I cut back my fuchsias when I take them indoors for the winter, cut away all shoots that are green, and leave them in a cool dark place in the basement. Best temperature for most fuchsias is around 4°C, but some like the triphylla hybrids and species from more hot climates, like it to be around 15°C. When I take the plants out from their winter quarters, I cut them hard back, give some water and put them in a warmer place with much light. After they have started to grow I give water with fertilizer at half strength, and when the new shoots are big enough I take them as cuttings. Top cuttings are the best, i.e shoots that are soft in growth with 4-5 pair of leaves, plus those very young ones at the tip. I put these in pots with a label so I know which variety it is. To propagate a, let's say a new variety one can use stem cuttings with their leaves, but always remember to get the crotch of the leaf and stem as a whole. These cuttings are a bit slower to root, but will get there eventually. Cover all cuttings with either a sheet of plastic, or put the pot in a plastic bag. Place the whole thing in a light place, but no direct sun.
