I am so loving all of this relaxation music I keep finding. This is the 7th one I've made an MP3 out of so I can put them on my MP3 player to help me sleep better. I have moderate to severe migraines every day from a head injury two months ago, and so sleep is not always as easy to find or sustain as it might be otherwise. This kind of music is perfect for relaxing me and actually has a beneficial effect on my migraines too. So thanks to everyone who puts this kind of stuff on RU-vid, from one who came to it later than most. :)

Checked out quite a few. By far, this comes close to having a good one while at work, be it from home or from the office. I believe the offices should play such music while at work, just like they do in the Hotel receptions or lounges. Feels good. Thanks for whoever compiled it. Cheers! :)
