Weecomm is a Manila-based development company that was launched in 2008. They have projects in different cities in Manila, in BGC, Bacolod, Iloilo, Davao and now… they are coming to Cagayan de Oro. The number of developers that are coming to CDO is really proof of how strong our housing market is.
Here’s a summary of the projects that have been completed by Weecomm. As you can see, they’ve already done a lot of projects in different cities in the Philippines. They have a big goal of hitting 40B by 2025. Their target is to sell at least 10B worth of inventory in each of the 4 key areas - Manila, Davao, Iloilo, and CDO.
