Do you have the exact bolt sizes you used for plugging up the holes.

Just curious, but could you replace the black tubethat the racj goes into, instead of plugging the two holes for the PS lines? I was just thinking about the look of it, for those who want it to look fully OEM. And the same for the pinion cover.

from the looks of it its just a little different from an RSX so this might be possible to do on that platform too

It's it necessary to weld the shaft I took mine out today and it's pretty stiff no play at all.. And how do you get the rod out of the rack mine won't seem to pull out does it need to be pressed out

Does welding the pinion make much of a difference ? i depowered mine acouple years ago and love the feel

I can’t get the big long shaft out is there a trick to it?

I drilled out the hole and unscrewed the but on the end of the rack and for some reason the nut is stripped had but the inside is the rack is perfect... Anyone got a spare but for the cylinder end

Why not just get a manual rack from an EG, they bolt right in.
