I miss the "Hi, I'm Joshua Best"! LOL. I've never heard of Clockify but I'm going to discuss it with my husband. We do volunteering work and they always want to know how much time we spend on this and that. Could also be good for someone who would like to know how much time is spent and where during any given day. TFS, Nicole

Definitely give Clockify a try. The free version is all most people need. Like TickTick, you can use it as a simple tool just to track time with a description, or you can get more complex as you need to with setting up Projects, Clients, tags, etc.

Thanks, Joshua. Great video, went back to Clockify after having watched your video. Wanted to use the Tmetric integration until I watched your video but it is a lot less user-friendly than Clockify imho

Cool. I've moved over to Toggl over the last few months. I'm not sure that it's any better or worse than Clockify. But, I don't use the integration with TickTick on a daily basis. I really wish TickTick would implement some time tracking functionality!!

This is not working with macOS or maybe it is no longer working; however, if you need to use a timer with ticktick you can do that with the app stopwatch feature, so I think no need to integrate with clockify.

Sir, Is there any way to do a pomo in ticktick and its automatically track in clockify? Because The full screen pomo UI of ticktick is beneficial for me to focus.. Or is there clockify full screen time tracking backwards like pomo?

Is there a way to find out how you're managing your time with TickTick using tags? I want to be able to add tasks and categorize them with tags then be able to analyze which category/tag I've been using more throughout my day/week, so I can adjust my priorities accordingly. The focus feature seems to be able to do that but does that mean I'd have to start a focus session each time I have an event/task time blocked? Any advice?

I don't think this is possible. TickTick comes out with a lot of updates and features, some of which aren't necessary (in my opinion) -- but I wish they would focus on some more time management aspects. I think it would be a great feature to have within TickTick to track and mange your time.

but I still have to reset the project in clockify, is there any other way see the time spending for each tasks in ticktick?

Well, you can use the Focus Timers. TickTick has recently improved the Focus tab quite a bit. You can start a Focus Timer on each task once you enable the Pomodoro/Focus tab and then you can review the time spent on it. It doesn't quite give you a breakdown and ease of use like Clockify for the records, which is why I still use Clockify.
