Watch this video of integration between Microsoft Dynamics with QuickBooks and Outlook to automatically manage account credit limits and notify the account managers.
In this video, whenever an account reaches or exceeds a credit limit of 1000000, Dynamics 365 CRM triggers an action in QuickBooks to update the respective account number and account name with the relevant information. This action further notifies the accounting department to send an invoice for immediate payment with the details of the account that exceeded the credit limit.
