Integrating SEL: Maximizing Instructional Time with TK Students 

Transitional Kindergarten (TK) teacher, Heidi Weidner, demonstrates how she integrates SEL (social emotional learning) with her students as they work on their ELA and math academic standards. Her students can be seen using breathing techniques, yoga poses, and learning school behavioral expectations as they simultaneously learn academic content throughout their daily routine.
