You can look at building pc in 2 ways. 1- future ready CPU 2- future ready GPU Depending on your budget now, you can choose based on how urgent your requirements are. If you only need productivity and work, choose option 1. If you want to game AAA titles now, choose option 2.

I think that this PC will be used in the company, there are two graphic cards probably because they will connect 6 displays or something 😅 But cooler is always weak on this channel, I think that he will undervolt it or disable multithreading, idk 🤷

I get where you're coming from, but you see it the other way around. Bottleneck happens when CPU cant handle loads from other components. This CPU will not bottleneck, but it will not be used for its full potential and will just be a waste of processing power. The term you're looking for is overkill.

@@kingandrewapolo1 it depends. Whether you are running more intensive CPU workload or GPU workload. Some games required more GPU demands, with this GPU it'll be bottleneck for a few demanding games. I didn't say this CPU is a shitty, it the highest end. But this GPU doesn't seems working well together with i9

I guess his client wants to use this as multiseat server for multiple displays in a small office. You dont need a high end GPU for that kind of configuration, you just need the output to work on multiple displays. Although his choice of cooling is really questionable, but if this pc sits in a server room maintaining belo 16°C 24/7, i dont see any issues.
