The Intel realsense tracking camera T265 will automatically transform the depth camera point cloud. This might be the basis for a real time 3D scanner.
** Note: As of 2019 07 13 the .PLY files saved by Realsense Viewer do not use the T265 transform data. You would need to transform the .PLY in CloudCompare, and re save. (CloudCompare www.danielgm.n...)
