I love how you explain everything so clearly. My favorite part is the assessment info. It's easier to detect the failing students who needs the attention.
This is really good and helpful to all teachers. I especially like the individual display tab. We can easily show it to the parent without the hassle of peeking to other students grade and copy and pasting from the raw grades. Thank you and god bless.
Wow.
hELLO Sir Carlo >>> Hope this message find you well.. Our deepest gratitude in making this MInerva File I used it for almost three of teaching in Elem. I hope we can modify or change or add more subjects in line with new MATATAG curriculum most esp, in grade1. God Bless YOu Always.
Thanks sir. Genius indeed. And free for use. I still believe that there is someone out there willing to share, to help, and to automate everything...hahhaa thanks sir lodi
this is probably the best eclass record i've seen. thank you so much sir carlo for sharing. i'll use it now and i'll share with my colleagues. God bless!
Thank you Sir for the comprehensive and genius explanation. This helps a lot for us teachers. Share us more . Kudos and keep on sharing. Salute for your generosity. God bless you.
thank you sir for sharing your brilliant ideas to us. napaka generous po ninyo for giving us all of your works for free. May God bless you more with bright ideas.
Hello mam! Sorry, this template only allows for 2 signatories. You can either pick one signatory to drop/remove, or the subject teacher can have the left blank and the two other signatories can share the right blank.
Thank you very much sir for sharing. Patulong po sana bka may template po kau. Tech.Voc. po kc kmi. Ang Assestment Components nmin ay ganito, Quarterly Assesstment-20% Performance-50% Work Attitude-5% Project/Output-25% tpos wala po syang transmutation. Malaking tulong po ito sa school nmin. Maraming salamat po sa pagtugon. Mabuhay po kau.
Thank you so much sir for sharing your expertise. the Lord will bless you more for being so generous...Sir, paano po kung mag aadjust ng grade kasi ang baba ng grades daming failed?thank you po
Hello! Sorry, the template does not allow you to adjust the quarter grade directly. You can only adjust the individual scores of the students in their quizzes/PTs/exams if you want to artificially raise the grades of the students, whatever your reasons may be. The best people to ask for advice on how you can do this would be your coordinator/head or your seniors or your co-teachers.
Hello Sir! Commenting after a year and I decided to use this again. May I ask if this class record is programmed to determine that the percentage of the passing score is 60%?
Hello mam! Mam, the template was designed para magkasya na yung mga page sa pagprint without needing to adjust anything. So pwede na kayo magprint kaagad.
Thank you po for this video. ☺️ I am very interested po to know how you did the exemption rule po. Hihi. Sana po may future video for this. Salamat po and God bless. ☺️🙇🏻♂️
Hello! The exemption rules can be done if you know how to use Excel's IF Function. The formula would be something like, if the grade is zero or positive, then calculate the value, but if it's a negative number, then ignore the value. Anyhow, in this channel, I have a series of lessons on using the IF Function, where I slowly and carefully explain how it works. You can find the first video in the series here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FM__cdCilEE.html
thank you for this great version of class record. i'm just thinking if it is also fitted to the subject MAPEH in which each component are consolidated to 1 sheet.
Hello! Unfortunately, it isn't. This can only calculate each separate component of the MAPEH grade. You'll have to combine the MAPEH grades later manually.
Hello Sir! First of all, thank you so much for sharing your genius work of art. This is a big help to all teachers out there. I just have one concern regarding the signatories. Our school has three signatories for the class records of regular teachers (Teacher, Subject Chairperson, and Vice Principal). Is there a way for us to format it on our own? Again, Sir, this is such a great work!
Hello sir! Sorry sir, this template allows for only two signatories. You can either choose between the subject chairperson and the vice principal, or both of them can just share the right space for their signatures. Thank you!
Hi sir ask lng po for elementary all subjects handled. Yung excel po provided intended for 1 subj lng po? Need for another file pra s Isa n nmang subject po?
Hi Mam. There may be two reasons for this: one would be because hindi niyo pa po nilalagay yung sex ng student, at maybe because hindi niyo pa po nilalagay yung component weights. Please refer to the video for how to use the template.
Hello again po mam. I received your email, wherein you sent me your class record. Mam, on the "GenInfo" sheet, you have not yet put in the Assessment Component Percentages at the bottom of that sheet. Please refer to 10:42 of the video to learn more.
Hello Mam. Nakasulat po sa DO 034 s. 2022 (page 7, item 26) that, for the coming school year, we will revert back to the prepandemic grading system (DO 8 s. 2015). This template, however, gives teachers the option to shift between prepandemic or postpandemic grading systems, depending on the situations in their own school or locale.
