i’m super determined to get my waist more toned (maybe a lil smaller too but i’m okay with my waist size) so i’m going to try and actually do this workout 1-2 times a day, with a healthy-ish diet, and drinking 2-3 water bottles a day! (i need to make sure i especially do that bc i used to not drink water for whole days lol) i’ll also be adding in a 10 min cardio exercise too starting waist: 26” day 1: ✅ 1 1/2 times bc it’s 1am and i’m tired (added a 10 min cardio workout) day 2: ✅ did once but might do another half round, + i’m going to add an hourglass workout day 3: I FELL ALSEEP NOO:( day 4: since yesterday i forgot, i’m going to do this workout a lil longer to make up for it ;) ALSO, i am starting to see some lining on my stomach! day 5: UPDATE?: day 6: day 7: day 8: day 9: day 10: SOMEONE LIKE THIS PLS SO I CAN REMEMBER!!

I did this for three weeks and can I just say WOAH!!! I had a belly pouch before but now my stomach is completely flat, and you can see my developing abs! I combined this with one of her other intense ab workouts and I did them both every day, having only 2 rest days. This was completely effective and gave me my desired flat stomach, I’m honestly so happy. Update: I started doing 200 crunches every day as well for five days and now I am close to getting a 4-pack! You guys should definitely do this twice a day with 200 crunches.

Olivia Tron yes I think with all those workouts you could get a flat stomach in a week, but it depends on how big your stomach is. Remember not to overwork yourself though!! Good luck

You know the drill: Day 1:✅ I’m dying from this. Day 2:✅ It wasn’t as bad this time. Day 3:✅ I don’t think I see a physical difference but I feel stronger. Day 4:✅ My stomach is a little flatter. Day 5:✅It was a lot easier this time. Day 6:✅ Almost done! Day 7:✅ Finally! Final results: I don’t have any abs, but My stomach is much slimmer. I also feel a lot stronger and better about myself. :) (Sorry, I forgot to update right away some days, but I did the workout every day.)

I’m going to be doing this twice everyday! Stay tuned for results! Day 1: ✅ I had to take tons of breaks during the workout (because I’m not the most athletic person ahaha) and was super tired after. No results yet, but I hope this works :) Day 2: ✅ My stomach was pretty sore today and the workout was still just as hard. No change yet but I think soon there will start to be results! I also didn’t take as many breaks as yesterday! Day 3: ✅ The workout is still super intense, and I still struggle a lot 😂. I don’t feel very sore today and I don’t really see any results yet, but I really hope it starts to show soon! Day 4: ✅ I’m not sure if it’s just me but I feel like I’m starting to see a change 😳. Maybe that’s just me getting my hopes up. My stomach isn’t sore anymore even though I’m still doing the workout 2 times a day so maybe I am getting stronger! 💪 Day 5: ✅ This workout is becoming a part of my routine! Trust me, it doesn’t get any easier but I really feel like it’s working! I’m still eating my normal diet but I feel like my stomach really is getting flatter! Day 6: ✅ The workout is working! I really feel like I’m getting flatter and my abs are becoming a little more visible! But when I sit down.... that’s a different story. Anyways I’m going to do this for one more day and that’s it! Day 7: ✅ Ahh I finally finished 7 days! I really like this workout because it really pushes me to work hard and I’m going to continue doing this twice a day! I hope that soon I’ll have a nice flat stomach :) Btw a like would be greatly appreciated :)

I can’t recommend this workout enough. When I did this twice a day plus 200 crunches at night, with a cleaner diet (it wasn’t perfect but I would eat lean proteins and lot of vegetables) I saw progress every day. It felt like with every day passing by, my stomach was getting harder and harder. And in a month my waist went from 28 inches to 23 1/2 inches. This does take a lot of persistence but you can do it! Also do not forget to stretch!!! Because your core will feel sore with the smallest movement. I wish you guys the best of luck on your fitness journey and your positive life style change!!! 💕

@alexandria fors I did this twice a day, except on Sundays where I didn’t workout out at all. I didn’t eat any sugar. And I did intermittent fasting. I wouldn’t eat after 7 pm and I would drink green tea every morning. I ate pretty clean, but that’s about it.

Yall, I can confirm that this workout WORKS! During my 8th grade year going into my freshman year, I was very dedicated to working out & getting the body that I wanted. This was the FIRST video that I found and did for a month + other videos! ACTUALLY DOING THIS! (to get that body during coronacation lol) like to keep me on track! day 1: never stopped during any of them, not much of an result due to me just starting day 2: still no results, kinda sore though :/ day 3: still no results, im really bloated from my cycle though day 4: kind of noticing a result?? i feel like my stomach is tighter day 5: definitely a difference. my stomach is more tight and flat day 6: i skipped :( day 7: all my belly fat has burned off, but i’m going to continue doing this day 8: still the same day 9: i have ab lines now?? (since some of you failed to realize that i stopped because i got my results, i stopped at day 10 because i got ab lines)

⛓I'm going to be doing this and updating for as long as I do it.⛓ 📏Age: 13 📏 📏Weight: 114 lbs (51 kgs) 📏 📏Height: 5"5 (165 cms) 📏 📏Waist: 25.5 in (65 cms) 📏 📏Belly: 28 in (71 cms) 📏 💣TW: Calorie mention in day 6💣 ⚔️Day one: It was moderately difficult, and I had to take a break from time to time because of my anxiety and panic attacks, but the burn felt so good ⚔️ ⚔️Day Two: I was able to do it without stopping. The burn was there but again it felt really good. Im getting better, and I might start doing it twice a day⚔️ ⚔️Day Three: I did it without stopping and i think Im starting to see an outline. It might just be makeup though. I didnt do twice today.⚔️ ⚔️Day Four: I did it twice and only took one break. My arms are tired but its fine. My stomach i think looks the same as yesterday, but im hoping by the end of this week i have better definition. ⚔️ ⚔️Day Five: I almost missed it because i was flooded with homework and depression. but i still did it twice before classes and im tired. my body dysmorphia started kicking in again and i feel awful about my thighs, stomach, back, arms, everything. but hey, thats why im working out right? to fix all of those? ⚔️ ⚔️Day Six: Im going through a depressive episode because of stress and school and not being able to do things i want, but i still did this :) Ive been constantly looking at my stomach because i like how its starting to look, though my progress is pretty slow. Another thing is, im trying to recover from an ED, and for the past three days ive eated +1000 calories each day.⚔️

Doing this everyday! *BEFORE* *• Higher belly:* 68 cm *• Lower belly:* 81 cm *• Thighs:* 50 cm • *Weight:* 51 kg started on August 24th: • Day 1:✅ I forgot to do a quick warm up before .... hope my mussels will be ok.... didn’t see much of a change (first workout lol) but I will continue! :) • Day 2: ✅ It’s only the second day and I feel like I’m doing this FOREVER😓 Maybe I’m crazy but I think I my belly is a little bit more slimmer than it was yesterday. And I absolutely LOVE her vibe such a queen 👑 • Day 3:✅ I have no idea why my back hurts so bad when I do it... It looks pretty much like yesterday... maybe a lil bit more curvier on the sides... I also started a thighs workout 🏋️‍♀️ • Day 4: ✅ I didn’t do my best today because my back hurts. I feel like I’m just getting stronger and that makes me fatter, like there’s another layer of abs over my belly fat. But maybe it’s just in my head... sorry for the depression it just seem that no matter what I do I won’t be skinny ... • Day 5:✅ didn’t see a change andI ate a lot because I’m on my period • Day 6: ✅ my belly isn’t that flat but I think I start to see some abs! Anyways my belly got stronger but that’s not exactly what I wanted.... • Day 7:✅ doneeee I can’t believe I actually finished it! So it wasn’t that hard (except my back pain) and there were results! AFTER! lower belly : 79 cm High belly: 64 cm Thighs (did a lil of thigh exercises): 50 cm I’m happy from the result because I didn’t really keep on diet and I ate a lot of sweets... 🤭 but still I have results and my belly feels much stronger now! ❤️

U cant do it everyday u need recovery i know i am late for your comment but still if u workout for 4 days u need to rest like 2 days it depend on how many times u did it. If u did it twice a day for 4 days than u need rest 2 days if once than one day

I'll update everyday!! Day 1: done I was a little sore but not really because my body got used to working out. Day 2: done I noticed a little change which was my stomach a bit slimmer Day3: done For some reason I struggled a bit more then usual but still finished. Day4: done Today was a bit easier I was able to go longer without stopping a few times during the workout. Day5: done I've been seeing a difference with my body everyday doing this. It feels a bit harder for me every time but I make sure to finish. Day6: done I went to the gym early today then went to an amusement park which tired me out so much but I had to force myself to do this and complete it. Day7: Done I can't believe I was able to finish the week!! For the last 2 days I went to the gym and ran for about 10 mins and did a few other workouts. I also ate only 2 meals a day and someday 3. I can tell that my stomach has gotten thinner but it isn't really flat but it did help me lose some fat.

I and my mom were doing this for past 1 1/2 month and tried this with Playback speed of 1.75. It's really effective, I lost 3.5 inches and my mom lost 3.5 inches. Thankyou Gabriella

I’m doing this everyday ( I’m going to the beach with my friends so I needs abs rn lol) Day 1: ✅ it was killing me and I got no results ofc Day 2: ✅ I feel fine but the twist things hurttt and I did 150 crunches no results Day 3: ✅ it didn’t hurt that much, no results yet :) Day 4: ✅ did it twice, and 100. crunches :) no results yet but I feel stronger Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Like to remind me please :) I didn’t do it for 3 days :( I’m restarting Day: 1 Day 2: Day 3: Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7:

doing this everyday for a week :). Day 1 ✅: it was okay, i struggled a bit. my belly was burning at the end of flutter kicks. Day 2✅: i struggled a lot more then yesterday. i was also really sweaty at the end. but i did it! Day 3:✅ it took me a lot of breaks and i was really sore Day 4:❌: i forgot to do it :/ update: hey guys I’m so sorry. but this workout wasn’t doing anything for me. i don’t think i was using my core enough.:/ I’m trying another workout that i made up myself though so I’m still trying :)

@steph curry with the shot this workout helps to structure your body and to burn the fats. Its not for loosing weight. At the moment I'm 47 kg (I lost 3 kg because I followed a diet)

Doing this everyday, twice a day. I’ll report for a week on my results. (This is mostly for my own motivation. Remind me if I don’t update pls!) Ima do this everyday to see if it works Days- 1✅ 2✅ 3✅ 4✅ So far, I've seen improvement, but its not too noticeable. 5✅ 6✅ 7✅ I barely saw improvement. It did keep me fit though. I probably did something wrong, or maybe I just don't get abs easily. Also, I havent changed my diet while doing this, so it might be that. I do recommend it if you need to stay fit/get a little more muscle. Before this, I could barely do 1 pushup. Now I can do an easy 10 pushups.
