Hey y'all,
Mike here, and in today's episode I'm going to show you a KILLER abs and cardio workout you can do at home. This workout is great for losing your belly fat, and for making your six pack abs really pop.
You can do this workout at home with no equipment, and you just have to learn a few simple exercises.
Here's the breakdown:
Round 1
*(1:30) Half Burpees- 30 sec
*(2:00) Elbow to Knee Crunch- 30 sec
*(2:30) Mountain Climbers- 30 sec
*(3:00) Jack Knives- 30 sec
Round 2
*(3:30) Half Burpees- 30 sec
*(4:00) Elbow to Knee Crunch- 30 sec
*(4:30) Mountain Climbers- 30 sec
*(5:00) Jack Knives- 30 sec
Round 3
*(5:30) Half Burpees- 30 sec
*(6:00) Elbow to Knee Crunch- 30 sec
*(6:30) Mountain Climbers- 30 sec
*(7:00) Jack Knives- 30 sec
Final Round

I mixed this with my chest press flies push- ups and decline push-ups and let me tell you it kicked my ass I went to failure (midway thru round three I couldn't do anymore period) and I was swore all over thank you for this workout it's awesome

Yes you can definitely mix it up. There's a lot of cardio exercises. Doing just one exercise will turn easily after a while. You'll have so much resistance and will be able to beat Mike as you play his video and do the exercise with him....

These are too nice.My wrist is alittle weak so I couldn't do to many planks or burpees any suggestions that take the pressure off my wrist but allows me to workout effectively.

He's just saying not to focus on it so much to where it's like one of your main workouts. You do it here because it gets your whole abdominal area to burn, and its a cardio workout too so it helps to put that extra twist in there.

I tend to work at home and I end up doing about 1 hour. Starting and ending in a set of exercises like this. If you do not have time try doing some weighs for 10-12 minutes and then this work out and you should be good to go.

Because it's about being healthy and having a strong core. No one looks forward to the short termed agony work outs like this produce. They look forward to feeling better about themselves afterwards and feeling stronger as a result. With that said, you have a point, if you want to keep your image. Shitty feeling workouts will always ensue.

drink either a glass of milk,freshly squeezed orange juice or just plain water with that if you like, and you can add flavoring to the water too, hardly any calories in each flavoring packs.

as long as you are eating less and exercising i guarentee you will lose fat. The diet is the most important part of all this.

Even with bicycle crunches those put stress on my lower back. It seems the only ab exercise I can do without lower back pain are planks. I don't get it.

abs are seen with low body fat. the size comes from working it out, but if you only concentrate on abs you'll be missing out on the rest. Also, I've known people who do 100 situps every morning and have ended up with back problems because the abs are overdeveloped by comparison. The real key to muscle mass is to learn how your body works and what it needs. Otherwise it's all guess work and taking the wrong advice.

This video has been like an interval timer for me, for years. I put on the video, while Mike talks I warm up, then do my own set of four different exercises. It's saved me from fiddling with my phone trying to find the right app and/or music. It also comes with some mild motivational banter as a bonus. Thank you very much 👍.

This is a great routine. I used to do an abs session once a week but stopped doing them while I became more focused on other muscle groups. After not training abs for about 2 months I managed to do 2 rounds, not great I know. But I didn't want to totally destroy my abs as I've got a busy day tomorrow and can't be dealing with the annoying pain whenever I use my abs for a movement. I was wondering, how many times a week should you do an exercise like this? Is once enough? Also does this routine work lower, upper and side abs?
